Very clean facility, we had a wonderful stay at this resort! The location is truly unbeatable – right on the beachfront with the most stunning views from morning to sunset. It was so relaxing to wake up and step right out onto the sand. The atmosphere felt peaceful yet lively, and everything was within easy reach. Great location. The hotel is a bit old and outdated in term of style. Clean, practical room facilities. The garden and the beach are great places to relax and enjoy the time spent there. The location is great, 5 minutes' walk from the marina.

The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.
