The size of the villa was great for us as two people. Facilities were great too. The host was really accommodating and was regularly checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we are back in the area, would rebook!

The holiday home has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. It was a very good decision to rent this beautiful and cozy house. We had a great time for our family at Villa Funda. This great home is conveniently located in the nice neighborhood of Kalkan. It just minutes away from everything that Kalkan has to offer - vibrant food scene, shopping, beach, marina and many more. Villa Funda has all needed amenities for great vacation and felt like a home for our family. We cooked our own breakfast - and there were no problems with kitchen utensils, water, gas and coffee maker. Each corner of the villa has its own purpose and charm: backyard sitting area with grill and fireplace, fire pit where friends and family can sit around, bar on the terrace with sea view and, of course, - well maintained pool. Small, almost "personal”, spot for swimming and snorkeling is just around the corner - Kalamar Beach Club and Diving center, 5 minutes walking down to the bay. It is easily accessible even with 2-year old kid. We did snorkeling there and saw lot of fish and squids. The most unforgettable moments for all of us were sitting on the upper terrace during the sunrise or sunset and observing beautiful surroundings - amazing sea view with islands on the horizon, neat homes nested on the slopes of Kalkan and boats cruising in the bay. It was a great to have dedicated parking behind the gates. Owners are very nice people. They keep everything in order and always ready to help.

We arrived stressed from the journey, but once we were there the landlord was incredibly helpful and kind. The villa looks even better than in the pictures, it has a breathtaking view and was very clean and lovely decorated. Our stay there was super relaxing, the villa and pool are private ( no one from the outside can look in) and and it was a great experience! The neighbors were also helpful. The city is only 7-8 car minutes away and has lots of restaurants and shops. But there are also a few supermarkets next to the villa. Thank you again to our landlord! You will need a car to get to the villa, but the villa has a parking space for you reserved.
