It’s a very nice hotel I enjoyed my 7days stay. Staff is very friendly and service is very good. Will come back again.

Huge room and gorgeous view over the city! Everything was clean and modern. The Dim Sum restaurant next door was heavenly. With a convenience store around the corner, I had everything I needed. The staff were kind enough to store my bicycle securely in a room off the lobby. Breakfast was very good. As the hotel was not crowded, there was no issue having only one elevator. Overall a perfect stay while bicycling Route 1.

My husband, son and I were visiting Yuanlin to attend a performance of Shen Yun. Kindness Hotel was the absolute perfect choice for us. We wished we could have stayed longer. Everything exceeded expectations. We got in late at night and were happily surprised that staff were on hand to help us. Their level of customer service was exceptional. To stay in a hotel where they had tea/coffee, ice cream and cookies 24 hours a day was beyond amazing! We were hoping to stay another night but when we checked they were full for the weekend and we could understand why. The staff were very kind to us. They agreed to keep our bags while we attended the performance which was a big deal. They also helped us call a cab to get from their hotel to the performance hall and provided a written note to give to the driver. We are so impressed, we would stay again. We highly recommend them!

Breakfast was pretty good. Lovely big rooms with comfy beds and big bathroom. A pretty nice view as well with a spacious enough balcony that came in handy for us to hang some clothes. It's close to the more recent night market (Longdeng) but still a short taxi ride to the station or back to the 1st market in Yuanlin. Location is good. There's a small park around the corner as well.

Old timers charm. If you don’t mind the “dated” decor, this historic hotel is a gem. Unbeatable location, walking distance from the train station, free meal tickets (I got three for 2 nights stay) to 3 local delicacies steps away from the hotel. So that you can try (even if you don’t love) something new while you’re there.
