The staff were so friendly, they let us check in early and gave Christmas presents to our kids! The pool was perfect for young kids as it is big but shallow. And our room was so big making it perfect for our family. Also so close to the beach.

Caesar Park Kenting was not too different from luxury beach-town resorts one would visit in Thailand or Indonesia. It really transported us out of traditional Taiwan, and we felt like we were on "real" vacation (as opposed to just a weekend away from home). Our absolute fav was the private footpath that led directly from the hotel to the beach. The beach was quaint and beautiful, and parasols and loungers were free of charge for hotel guests. My daughter's fav is, of course, the cotton candy machine in the kids play lounge. Before arriving, staff was also proactively helping me with logistics to and from the hotel, which was very helpful to a procrastinator like myself. Bumming around the hotel, one would never guess that the place was practically fully booked because sound-proofing was not terrible and the pool was never jam-packed with guests. Overall very relaxing and beautiful place.

Beautiful resort-like property tucked away in the hills of the national park make it very quiet and pleasant experience. The staff was extremely helpful and went to extra lengths to help with all forms of transportation as well as requests for adding an additional bed in the room. The food was excellent, not a huge selection (breakfast is a set and not a buffet) but what they offered was terrific and portions were good sized. The rooms were clean and the well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel also has many activities during the day and even stargazing with a guide during the evening (as weather permits). The scenery is second to none with a view of the ocean and awesome sunsets. The hotel also offers free shuttle service down to the night market as well as to the Kenting National Park and even a discount for entry tickets.

Right on the beach. Great spot for surfing for beginners or kids. There is a surf shop next door where you can rent boards for $400 NT for half a day. Restaurant is excellent, so definitely make reservations there. Breakfast was excellent and huge (4 courses). This is the best spot for casual family surf trip that I have found. We went in June and the beach was not crowded, though I do recommend going in the am and late afternoon because it is HOT!

Place is very nice. We got upgraded, so it was nice surprise. Very nice comfortable room. Breakfast is very cool: there were seven different options to choose, and it was served like in a fancy restaurant and outdoor. Recommend this place.

A privileged location to be a perfect resort hotel. But the whole resort inside the room and surroundings are dilapidate. Worn out bed, room spell, over grown weeds, sand covered boardwalks, cracks on walls, fated room wall color, scattered beach furniture are the exemples.

Lots of places to eat. Plenty of places to stay. The fish market is insanely good, and busy. Some nice coffee cafes. Not much going for the town really, it’s ok, it’s a point to stop over to catch the ferry.

Lovely beach town , not crowded when we were there ( low season , not a holiday weekend- I hear the crowds can be big during holidays ) . Easy to reach by local bus from neighboring Kenting , Not a lot of eating choices other than 7-11 for a cute beach town. Another beach Baishawan one can reach via bus (number 102) —- that beach was Gorgeous , clean , great for swimming , quiet and a real treat!

Fun area to explore need to rent a scooter or car to see more the national park is beautiful, and a lot of nice beaches.Only downside in Kenting is night market opens around 6:00 pm and almost nothing going on during the day, so don’t expect lunch or an afternoon cocktail. Night market is loud with boom boxes at a lot of drink stands competing for business, but food is good and friendly people. English is spoken well by a lot of people.

Nanwan is a clean, white sand beach.

Nanwan is a clean, white sand beach. The recreation area has free restroom facilities and paid showers, a few shops selling beach gear, a few surf shops, and several restaurants + bars. Beautiful sunsets peeking over the mountains. Several of the most popular spots close on Tuesdays, though.
