Kyiv is a beautiful European capital city with charm and amazing history. There are a large number of volunteer opportunities for foreign visitors during the full-scale war. I have been to Kyiv twice during the past 12 months and both times felt very safe while taking common-sense precautions. There are shelters that should be used during times of attack. Amazing city great people can't wait to go back! the Only downside at night you will have to go to a bunker till they solve the drone issue.
