This is such a lovely hotel -- it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Things I loved:
-- The hotel is new (I heard it opened 6 months ago?) and it shows in how nice and clean the facilities are. I got a beautifully designed, modern room. I originally received a room facing construction and they were happy to switch it to a room with a beautiful view of the city.
-- All of the staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful.
-- They have an ADORABLE robot butler named Henry! The staff sent him up with a complimentary cookie shaped like the robot itself. He makes cute, R2D2-like noises when he drops off your stuff and asks you how your stay went. This was definitely a highlight of my stay.
-- They give you a voucher for a free wine or beer to redeem at the rooftop bar.
-- They have a nice cafe next to the lobby where they serve Craftsman & Wolves pastries. The design is so airy and open, and the cafe is very quiet and serene.
-- Great location, right next to Oracle Park, only 15 min drive to SFO. The surrounding area is super safe and within walkable distance of lots of nice restaurants and cafes.

We stayed in the Starlight Room on the 4th floor and had amazing views throughout the day. Best part is the 4th floor is connected via a bridge to the parking space, so you don't have to climb the stairs if you have a bunch of suitcases.
The room itself is wonderful, carpet is thick and plush, the shower is FANTASTIC probably the best shower I've ever had, and the bathrobes are super comfortable. I'm sure everyone's already mentioned the decor, but underneath the glitzy gaudy surface is a really solid hotel with great showers, wonderful beds, good views and good solid food from the steakhouse and cafe.

I first have to say I was not expecting such a beautiful place, I do not believe they have a bad room in their facility, I gave everything a 10 because we had such a great time, everyone we encountered from the valet and staff to even the other patrons were so friendly. The room was incredible and was so comfortable as a family we are planning our family vacations around where else can we try this resort. Thank you for hosting us we had so much fun and absolutely loved the atmosphere! I would recommend this resort to people with or without kids! Top notch and so much more!

Los Angeles is an exciting place full of interesting landmarks, although I found it a bit ran down. Central Los Angeles is full of homeless people and dirty streets, which made me sad. Other than that it's a multicultural city with a fascinating history. I wouldn't recommend visiting in the summer, though: heat and humidity are unbearable; there are repairs and diversions on the bus routes and public services seem to work slower. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, I would definitely come back. Also, people are super friendly and it feels safe.

Downtown area has cleaned up a lot, compared to few years ago. Much more people at night. Even Union Square felt very safe (and clean) unlike few years back. The city is putting in much needed effort to clean up the downtown area. Would stay away from Tenderloin area though. Ferry building area is hopping as well.

I wish I would have had more time to see everything. Old Town was awesome, We had Mexican at Casa Del Fred's and it was amazing. The harbor is a must see. I was just in Aww of the scenery everywhere we went. I would love to go back to San Diego and keep exploring. Coming from Arkansas its was very different but very inviting.

The city was clean and nice. We felt safe walking late at night. There were some mental heath homeless people at night. But durning the day we did not see anyone sketchy. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. We has a car and were able to see other areas that were not as well kept as Anaheim. It would have been nice to have more time to see more of the area.

The Monterey Bay aquarium was top notch, not only with animals, but facilities and numerous volunteers. The area is beautiful and weather was fabulous. We had the absolute best clam chowder, so fresh. Plus we could watch the otters, seals and dolphins in the kelp beds from the window as we ate.

We enjoyed Santa Barbara as usual. We have been coming there once a year for about 10 years. We enjoyed the Trolley Tour, although we have had better guides. The one we had seemed to roll through all the sights where, during previous visits, we were able to get better photos, and saw more.

I liked the area of the property as its right next to the on and off ramp for the Hwy. Its right next to the Denny's, well as a Walmart super center! Theres also Wendys, and Starbucks across the street! Its far enough from the inner city were there tends to be a lot of riff raff as well low scale crime, as well as drugs. I felt at peace, and you can tell that the management puts a lot towards 2training her staff! Real good hard-working staff as well as very courteous and attentive to the guests needs! I figured that there would be a lot of noise and everything else that's associated with hotels that are more cost effective.

Unfortunately most museums and the botanical gardens were closed when we were there, we arrived Monday and left Thursday, it seems to be a city that mostly works Thursday to Sunday. The hotel was walking distance from the city center, easy to walk around, beautiful city, we didn't have enough time to do the hikes in the canyons, I would love to go back for that.
