We enjoyed Santa Barbara as usual. We have been coming there once a year for about 10 years. We enjoyed the Trolley Tour, although we have had better guides. Fantastic beach located in a great part of the state. Central California coast has a lot to offer and see. I live close to Morro Bay at it’s one of my favorite places to go to relax & regroup. It’s my favorite place to bring out of town guests. Amazing restaurants like Kickers, awesome hotels like Hotel Avisa, best shopping on the Embarcadero, crazy beautiful views and great people no matter where you go. For our particular pleasures, Cambria is a nice quiet spot in which to relax and enjoy good food. We also enjoy playing golf and so Morro Bay and Paso Robles (Paso Robles Golf Club) are within easy driving distance and also feature some nice restaurants. For those who enjoy a longer list of activities, hiking, beach combing, wine tasting, shopping, surfing, are just a few of the many things you can do. Nice quaint town for a short get away. It mainly has bakeries & wineries to check out within walking distance of the hotels. Everything closes like at 8-9 pm, so best to start your day early. Paso is a wonderful city and region in the center of our state. Great restaurants and lovely boutique hotels all anround the park. although we didn’t have time to shop, I sure wanted too!
