Very friendly staff, HUGE clean rooms with a great view, and nice perks such as breakfast and evening snacks (pretty much a full dinner with drinks) included. Impeccably clean with a great service level throughout. Highly recommended for a stay "off-site" yet already on Disney property - a leisurely 5-7 minute walk to Disney Springs.

Very nice room, hotel and location. Breakfast buffet was typical American (if you like the type), well prepared and large, including assortment of scrambled eggs, waffles, fruits and a variety of side dishes. Parking was easy (although charged extra). The little shop in the hotel was very convenient for last minute things (water, snacks etc).

Omg! Where do I start! Little hiccup at check-in but Shaniq (hope I'm spelling her name properly) resolved the issue and came up with a solution (where her superior could/would not!) I love staff like Shaniq who are resolution-orientated. And she was so sweet and polite during the whole process. Please give this lovely lady a promotion! I've worked in plenty of 4/5 star hotels and this lady is a gem! We ended up getting the BEST villa in the resort in my opinion! The balcony with the alligators and turtles outside every morning was a dream! The 3 pools were amazing and accessible to people with mobility issues. The kids pool was heated which was amazing. The pool bar staff was lovely. The shop/restaurant was so handy for any little bits that you forgot to bring with you (but the convenience came at a cost). The free parking was a bonus. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Excellent hotel, the rooms are very spacious and well-equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher) and the bedrooms are large. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the Disney parks and there are shuttles for those who want them. There is a pool that is open until 11:00 PM at night, which is fun for those who return from the parks and want to enjoy swimming with the children. There is a nice small water park at the hotel and the children really enjoyed it.

We were in Americana building 6. Loved that it was a short walk outside to the pool area with the lazy river. Resort was easy to navigate. Never had to wait long for a bus to the parks. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

It was way beyond our expectations !

It was way beyond our expectations ! Full of atrractions including not only Disney Parks, Universal's ones and Sea World but also very good outlets, if one wants to make shopping. Besides that, certainly safe, clean, very friendly people and extremelly easy access to rental cars in the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The new TollPass (for visitors) that you can obtain in the airport, it really works and it is a great idea from the the Orlando management team. Basically, fantastic !

Insensitive....

Insensitive.... I was visiting and the Kissimmee residents were busy trying to steal my children's businesses....that i worked on from time to time... Bastards.... Not decent residents... too many bad things happened to me there.... The business theft attempt with extreme harassment... unforgivable.... They could rot with snake infestations as far as Im concerned

The space center is a fantastic experience, could have spent two days there to see everything. Traffic is crazy, drivers do some of the most ridiculous things! Food at Disney Springs is to be encouraged, many restaurants and variety, exceptional dining with great atmosphere and vibe!

Perfect family villa, we very comfortably had 5 adults, 7 and 2 year old. We loved all the rooms, space a facilities, everything was perfect. Lovely pool and view. The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly, we did some walks and jogs to the play park. 24/7 security driving round. The management company are also very friendly and helpful. I think its about a 20min drive to ihop, walmart, target etc outlets and idrive. There is a 711 2mins away. We would love to go back. Cicis pizza was good. Also recommend a ride to siesta key beach.

Orlando is my home, and I would have to say it's a place to visit. Too much has ultimately changed for me to come back permanently, but once or twice a year, it is worthwhile with memories of good times. It has changed from what it was, a very simple place in time, but for those that want to experience the life in the city, come on down.

Kissimmee is a nice area , just like everywhere it has its areas you have to be careful. Traffic is bad but it is a tourist area so expect that. Most people are very nice and helpful you do have some that act like they hate tourist. Overall I would recommend this area, the hotels are reasonable in price and most don’t charge a parking fee which I like and think it’s stupid when they do. You will enjoy Kissimmee , every place has its ups and downs but overall it’s more on the ups.
