Worst hotel i have ever stayed at! Disgusting smell, very dirty, everything broken down. Nothing worked including the shower. Manager savanna incredibly rude and controversial even to her staff. Unexpected fees that cost more than the hotel itself. Filthy pool, key to gym didnt work. They lost our check in paperwork so locked us out of our room. I wanted to leave as soon as i got there. we love the gambling. I’m just playing penny slots was absolutely wonderful. We ended up moving up to quarter slots but we had so much fun and we only took like $300 and still came home with money. I liked the fact that it was a short drive to many attractions without being in a big city. Traffic was not a problem. Shreveport is not too far. The local people were very friendly. We ate at Traps twice. The food was excellent. The service was great. The re is a big arcade/funzone kind of place called Surge. Drew Breeze is one of the owners.
