Very clean. Well equipped with excellent location

The apartment was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The area was very quiet and peaceful at night; ideal if you just wanted a quiet night in with friends, but far from bars/ restaurants if you're interested in something more sociable.

Rooms were very clean Owner and staff were great, very limited night noise great access to the beach and given the location it was not overcrowded a short walk to the Pier

Price and location. The room met expectations, very clean, comfortable beds and exceptionally fluffy bath towels which we loved. Parking right outside each door, set far enough back from the main road insured the place was quiet. SUPRISE BONUS - complimentary potato chips, popcorn, chocolate bars and carbonated water!

The location being so close to Perkins Cove was great. Loved the room and it was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

we booked it as a sleepover location on our way to acadia national park from NYC. it would be great to go back there again: nice cute city of kennebunkport just 10 minutes away, great breakfast, very clean rooms and pool.
