Holland is a gorgeous city on the shore of Lake Michigan. The downtown is filled with lovely architecture, and a blend of businesses from very progressive and hip to those very nostalgic. It's fun to stroll the streets, with several superb shopping and dining options. If you visit in the winter, the sidewalks are heated and free of snow or ice. If it's raining, the merchants offer free shared umbrellas. All in all, a charming slice of Midwestern Americana.

A little town that isn't much more than a few gas stations, clusters of cheap hotels, and industrial parks off Interstate 29. Acts sort of as a suburb to Sioux City proper across the river in Iowa. Interestingly, was former home to Gateway Computers, the Midwest's only indigenous computer company. Population of 2,500 and I didn't see much going on, though I didn't get far from my hotel. I did not see any downtown or residential area from where I was staying, so my impression of the place is skewed.

We were visiting family but the upper Midwest is so beautiful especially with all of the leaves changing colors. My son caught some fish , we got to be outside in the fresh air it was very quiet, peaceful and we enjoyed trying new places to eat.

South Bend, like many other cities in the Midwest, has been hit by the loss of manufacturing jobs which has caused the city to become very run down. Outside of a small area around Notre Dame, the city has a very depressed feel to it. I will not go back unless forced due to work or scholastic reasons.

We were stranded at airport because of midwestern storms, and felt very accommodated by you...having your Shuttle from airport, that also returned us to airport the next day. Staff at reception and housekeeping were very sweet and friendly. Room exceeded expectations and was very quiet, comfortable, fresh and clean, compared to other hotels we stayed at Thank you.

After being in many hotels across the Midwest, since covid started, Wyndham Ramada Inn, provided above and beyond customer care services. Went the extra mile. Refilled low or empty toiletries, coffee, cups, glasses, ice cube liner etc. Simple things!!! They mean so much! Way to go Wyndham! You are a cut above most hotel chains we've been to, the last 18 months.
