Holland is a gorgeous city on the shore of Lake Michigan. The downtown is filled with lovely architecture, and a blend of businesses from very progressive and hip to those very nostalgic. It's fun to stroll the streets, with several superb shopping and dining options. If you visit in the winter, the sidewalks are heated and free of snow or ice. If it's raining, the merchants offer free shared umbrellas. All in all, a charming slice of Midwestern Americana.

A little town that isn't much more than a few gas stations, clusters of cheap hotels, and industrial parks off Interstate 29. Acts sort of as a suburb to Sioux City proper across the river in Iowa. Interestingly, was former home to Gateway Computers, the Midwest's only indigenous computer company. Population of 2,500 and I didn't see much going on, though I didn't get far from my hotel. I did not see any downtown or residential area from where I was staying, so my impression of the place is skewed.

We were visiting family but the upper Midwest is so beautiful especially with all of the leaves changing colors. My son caught some fish , we got to be outside in the fresh air it was very quiet, peaceful and we enjoyed trying new places to eat.

South Bend, like many other cities in the Midwest, has been hit by the loss of manufacturing jobs which has caused the city to become very run down. Outside of a small area around Notre Dame, the city has a very depressed feel to it. I will not go back unless forced due to work or scholastic reasons.

Cleveland has this gritty feel to it. In a good way though. The people and the city have a much different feel than other large midwestern cities. I wouldn't say it was clean, but it was edgy. Nice change of pace.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Wyndham Cleveland airport location. At first it was the very good price for a one night stay after arriving late at night in Cleveland but after staying the first night and the locations easy access to Cleveland attractions, I stayed for the next 2 nights for my entire stay in Cleveland. The hotel was great, quiet and had nice ammenties such as the nice indoor pool and workout room. I will stay again when I am lucky to come back to this friendly midwestern city. After being in many hotels across the Midwest, since covid started, Wyndham Ramada Inn, provided above and beyond customer care services. Went the extra mile. Refilled low or empty toiletries, coffee, cups, glasses, ice cube liner etc. Simple things!!! They mean so much! Way to go Wyndham! You are a cut above most hotel chains we've been to, the last 18 months.

We really love the location. I mean it was basically right in the park. We absolutely loved the fact that they would allow us to take the electric scooters into the facilities and up to the room. The location right on the beach made for easy access as well as amazing access to the park. They also had really cool bike taxis that would cruise you up and down the boardwalk. Did

The staff was very welcoming and kind. We booked our room on booking.com and we had no issues at check in. The room was very clean, and the water park was so much fun! Lot's of staff around to ensure all your needs are met. The breakfast buffet was incredible as well, and reasonably priced! There is also a ping pong table and an air hockey table available for use at any hour! We will definitely be staying here again!
