Great location near the national park.
Great location near the national park. Fun restaurants and bars. Try the Buffalo Bar for great bison burgers! Check out Go Go Expresso on Hwy 20 near the Buffalo Bar. It is a cute drive up coffee shop.Guest review byTerriUnited States - 10.0

Bozeman is a great place to spend a little time, worthy of more than a single night. The historic downtown is loaded with incredible restaurants, breweries, and bars as well as great shops. I also highly recommend a trip to the amazing Museum of the Rockies at Montana State University.Guest review bySuzanneUnited States - 10.0

Missoula is a busy college city with a lot to do.
Missoula is a busy college city with a lot to do. The people we encountered were friendly. We even ran into people from our home state. We ate at some good restaurants and there is a lot of beauty and things to see and do within an hour or two drive from the heart of Missoula. We visited Historic Fort Missoula which was really cool. We also visited the Bison Range on the Flathead Reservation which I highly recommend. Also, Caras Park is great with river access. The visitor center is great and helpful for planning your activities while in Missoula. I would recommend having a burger at Frugals and also having a meal at The Montana Club Restaurant.Guest review byJenn - 10.0
A great little town with several really good places to eat.
A great little town with several really good places to eat. The only negative is the road up into the Yellowstone park is NOT a fun drive. It is narrow, steep and twisting with poorly banked curves - much of it 15mph. It is temporary after the flood a few years ago but for now, it’s a stressful way to begin and end the dayGuest review bySouthard - 8.0
Staff at the Rocker Inn were very friendly and helpful.
Staff at the Rocker Inn were very friendly and helpful. There was a water contamination issue so places to eat were scarce in Butte. Majority of locals were very helpful with suggestions and approachable. Deer Lodge had an absolutely wonderful diner-K & M Breakfast, Burgers and More that was only a half hour away and the food was amazing!Guest review byChristinaUnited States - 8.0
Went to dinner one nite at restaurant in the casino.
Went to dinner one nite at restaurant in the casino. Walked across road and around to front. Wonderful meal. Stopped in second hand stores and yard sale which companion enjoys. Sorry but we are both over 70! Not exactly young and it's my aunt I travel with!Guest review bySharon - 10.0

Lewis And Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center is well worth a visit while in Great Falls. Don't miss the C.M. Russell Museum and a walk through downtown Great Falls for local shopping. Grab a beer at one of the many local bars.Guest review byStevenUnited States - 8.0

Close to the entrance of Glacier national park, 20 mins. Good restaurants and shops in the city square (3 blocks). 15 - 20 mins drive east to Whitefish which has abundant restaurants/shops and lake activities.Guest review byAnnetteUnited States - 6.0
We went downtown for lunch on a Tuesday.
We went downtown for lunch on a Tuesday. Most restaurants were closed, others all had wait times of over an hour. We ended up driving to Safeway and making our own food for most of the rest of the trip. I would probably stay in Kalispell or Colombia Falls if we went back.Guest review byAdamUnited States
