The people are always so kind. Beaches are beautiful waters great for swimming everytime we go! Pet friendly beaches and some resturants allow pets on patio and even have little snacks for them. Just love this island!!Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Mustang Beach was a fantastic destination with a wonderful selection of restaurants offering some of the best food we’ve ever had. The variety of shops added to the experience, with plenty to choose from for everyone. Everywhere we went, the locals were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit truly enjoyable. Coffee maker, dishes, great AC, pool was clean, shampoo and conditioner and other condiments provided, along with paper towels and lots of towels. Overall no complaints, great great stay! Padre Island is a great get away.
Padre Island is a great get away. I'd recommend it over Port A. The grocery store is a 10 min drive and there are plenty of great food choices. Ask some of the locals about good places to grab dinner- it's well worth it. The beaches and waves are always fun to hang out. If you enjoy the waves, invest in a good boogie board. If you park on the beach, make sure to get a parking pass. There's public parking which has showers and bathroom. We visit the Corpus area often and choose to stay at a condo on Padre Island. I always feel like I got away and didn't spend a fortune. Don't expect to find good seashells if that's what you're looking for.Guest review bySHANNONUnited States
