We got around town via Uber/Lyft which was readily available. Some of AC is rundown but I guess every city has that these days. We attended a show at Ocean which was great; had dinner at Angelo's which was very good; had an excellent breakfast at Gilchrist which is on the bay water. The Showboat has lots of entertainment for families which is nice.Guest review byPeiferUnited States - 6.0

From the periodic information passengers were able to get my United flight to Portland Maine was repeatedly delayed and then cancelled because the plane would not be able to land once it arrived. Apparently the problems on 4 September were building up throughout the day. Before the flight from LA landed my daughter in Sydney, Australia messaged me to tell there were ”shenanigans” at Newark.Guest review byMargaretAustralia - 10.0

We were traveling from central PA to visit the Statue of Liberty and didn't want to make the trip in one day, so we decided to get lodging the night prior to our day trip. We debated on whether to stay in New Jersey or New York. We searched for rooms and this motel in Jersey City seemed like a good choice. It was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop in Jersey City and felt quite safe. We passed many solo joggers, mothers with small children and bicyclists. The part of the city we were in was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised.Guest review byCornelius - 10.0

Nice secure area, mind the pavements they may be bumpy (though getting fixed from time to time), close to NYC, tunnel takes its time but was never extreme, nice small neighborhoods, great view on NYC, nice shopping (mall, low price shops, dine-in)Guest review byVividAustria - 10.0

I've been going to Wildwood since I was a kid took my kids there every year for a week but this experience with this motel has been very upsetting as they blamed me for booking thru their website with a 3td party they supposedly are not affiliated with . Very bad tasteGuest review byPatricia - 10.0

After landing at Liberty, we rented a car for our tours of NYC. Finding and paying for parking in NYC was a difficulty I could live without. Fortunately, most tolls were paid with the car rental agreement. The Secaucus location was perfect for driving, but the buses stop right outside the hotel. If it were available to guests, more information on bus routes to the City's main attractions, as well as details on paying for bus and subway toll passes and wheelchair accessibility, would be helpful and might change how a traveler chooses to get around.Guest review byReyesUnited States - 6.0

Cape May is a sleepy town with expensive homes and pricey lodging. But it’s overrun like Dizzy World with young couples and their kids. They’re clogging the streets in their cars, their rental bikes, and their rental golf carts. And it’s loud in their restaurants. The ($10 daily) beach is extremely nice and peaceful though. However, my favorite is Wildwood Crest. Easier and safer to use the streets. There’s a low cost shuttle to the Wildwood boardwalk. Many ocean facing, large rooms at much less cost than Cape May. And more convenient restaurants to eat at. Also a free beach!Guest review byKennethUnited States - 4.0
It was a good location.
It was a good location. Advertised as fully equipped kitchen, but there was nothing in the kitchen area. We had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee. Breakfast was very sparse - a granola bar and small muffin. Room was very dated, I.e., cabinet doors falling off, shower over tub.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

we are seniors and had been to wild wood many times. this was the first time in the crest and we liked it but to be fair we had plans to go to cape may for antiques and food and sunset beach. also we love the the cape may zoo. we did find a restaurant near our Aqua Beach hotel, italian, i think and it was great.Guest review byrussellUnited States - 6.0
parking should be free its customers.
parking should be free its customers. It cost us an extra $100 which we were unaware of the daily price of parking until we got the charge. There was nothing showing how much it will cost us for parking - transparency. towels / wash clothes seem to be in short supply ever time we asked, so we had to keep going back / forth. Staff was great in their jobs / helpful. Location was great.Guest review byBdaonionBermuda
