- From $731.02 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 1,709 reviewsWe had 3 meals on the property and all of them were fabulous. Lunch at the standard grill (best French toast i’ve ever had) room service for dinner (burgers, fries, Caesar salad) 10/10. Then room service breakfast the next morning (pancakes and eggs Benedict. SO GOOD) We were celebrating our anniversary and we were met with Prosecco and a sweet card from the staff upon arrival. It was a perfect, relaxing, luxurious experience pigging out and watching movies with a gorgeous city view.Guest review bymaggsHong Kong

Nothing was great staying at these hotel it was a worst decision that I took to book these hotel I should have paid little more and stayed in a better hotel I’m really not sure why people are even looking into these hotel. Just to sum up I arrived an hour early for check in the staff was so rude that she was saying 50dollors if you wanna check-in now I understand I arrived early but doesn’t Mean you speak rudely I was told just wait at the reception side where it hardly had seating area and direct sunlight was coming and no AC at all in that area coming with family and having these kind of behavior really spoiled to the mood and during check-in out they have shuttle when I asked when is next the staff rudely said it’s every hour and the next is only at 1000hrs I have requested if anything is possible to drop us she just noded her head and that moment the shuttle driver sardar Ji came I have requested him and he humbly helped me out with all my luggage loaded in shuttle and immediately dropped at the airport Really appreciate the shuttle driver sardarjiGuest review byIrfanuddinUnited States - 10.0

From the periodic information passengers were able to get my United flight to Portland Maine was repeatedly delayed and then cancelled because the plane would not be able to land once it arrived. Apparently the problems on 4 September were building up throughout the day. Before the flight from LA landed my daughter in Sydney, Australia messaged me to tell there were ”shenanigans” at Newark.Guest review byMargaretAustralia - 10.0

We were traveling from central PA to visit the Statue of Liberty and didn't want to make the trip in one day, so we decided to get lodging the night prior to our day trip. We debated on whether to stay in New Jersey or New York. We searched for rooms and this motel in Jersey City seemed like a good choice. It was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop in Jersey City and felt quite safe. We passed many solo joggers, mothers with small children and bicyclists. The part of the city we were in was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised.Guest review byCornelius - 2.0

Bronx is a good place but the house and all the shenanigans about no one picking the call but texting only. I thought it was a hotel not knowing it’s a house in some dark places in Bronx. I texted the person back that I’m not interested because I feel uncomfortable and have asked for a refund of $203. Shiiii….Guest review byPhilip - 10.0

After landing at Liberty, we rented a car for our tours of NYC. Finding and paying for parking in NYC was a difficulty I could live without. Fortunately, most tolls were paid with the car rental agreement. The Secaucus location was perfect for driving, but the buses stop right outside the hotel. If it were available to guests, more information on bus routes to the City's main attractions, as well as details on paying for bus and subway toll passes and wheelchair accessibility, would be helpful and might change how a traveler chooses to get around.Guest review byReyesUnited States - 10.0

Nice secure area, mind the pavements they may be bumpy (though getting fixed from time to time), close to NYC, tunnel takes its time but was never extreme, nice small neighborhoods, great view on NYC, nice shopping (mall, low price shops, dine-in)Guest review byVividAustria - 6.0
parking should be free its customers.
parking should be free its customers. It cost us an extra $100 which we were unaware of the daily price of parking until we got the charge. There was nothing showing how much it will cost us for parking - transparency. towels / wash clothes seem to be in short supply ever time we asked, so we had to keep going back / forth. Staff was great in their jobs / helpful. Location was great.Guest review byBdaonionBermuda - 6.0
