New hotel converted from a factory. Has an industrial vibe with high ceilings and exposed concrete and pipes. Excellent staff who helped all the way. Has a laundry down stairs which every traveller needs sometime. Easy walk to town.

The suite was amazing and the in-room beakfast was really good. I hope I could have the chance to stay an extra night but I had a flight to catch. I ordered the burger from the restaurant through room service at it was superb. Staff made halloween competition pumpkins was a really fun touch.

    Stayed at Niagara Falls at least 10 times. Great for a change. Used to stay 2-3 nights. Now going for only 1 night. Live within 2 hour drive from Niagara Falls. Newest kid on the Block, " Niagara takes flight.". 3D movie with sensation of moving across the Niagara region. Amazingly well done. A bit pricey -- $32.75 -- for a 10 minute movie. The pre-movie introductions (20 minutes) was not really worth it. It was probably added to make the total duration to 30 minutes and justify the entrance fee.

    The Falls are just as stunning the second time around as they were the first. My only regret was I avoided going to the Cansdian side as I feared hang ups at the border crossing due to the 2025 political climate.

    What a special and magnificent place!

    What a special and magnificent place! The falls are unbelievable. We went Behind the Falls and we were so glad we did that - much better than taking a boat. Enjoyed dinner with drinks at the Table Rock Bistro and Wine Bar, overlooking the falls. Enjoyed desserts and drinks on the 26th floor of the Tower Hotel at Fallsview, also overlooking the falls. Loved every minute of our trip to Niagara Falls.

    Niagara was amazing.

    Niagara was amazing. I would stay on the Canadian side next time. More to do closer to the falls and the better view. We got to see both sides which was great but less restaurants / nightlife on US side. We booked a tour which was good except you could probably do everything yourself cheaper. I wouldn’t book the add on for the fireworks - it was a waste of money. Just stay close to the falls and walk down for the show. The maid in the mist and the cave of the winds on the US side were fantastic but they have similar on the Canadian side too.
