We were in the “Bison” room. It was very comfortable and we loved all of the bisons in the room. There were even two books about bison. Breakfast wasn’t included, but we found fruit, juice, muffins, oatmeal, water, tea, and coffee in the room so we were happy. Especially because we often leave before breakfast is served. We also liked the mini fridge that had a freezer in it. Check-in was easy. They emailed me instructions and all went smoothly. There were two restaurants across the street and one offered guests 10% off. There was a coffee station and market next door.

Everything! Big room. Lots of little extras, like bottles of water. About the best welcome folder I've ever seen, filled with info and warmly written explanations. The love and care of the couple who run the hotel just shines through in every aspect.

This a beautiful house in a beautiful place. The kitchen is fully stocked, we cooked both nights we were there. The beds have wonderful memory foam mattresses and the deck over looking the river is heaven. Bonus...we saw the northern light display ftom the deck!

This is a well run gated community. The management staff were very pleasant and helpful. The house was very clean and a warm welcoming environment. Nice to have a washer and dryer and the kitchen had great appliances. The BBQ place in town was very good and so was the Wake and Bake Bakery. Good bagel sandwiches at the store on the main road, which has a surprisingly good variety of groceries. The cabin's proximity to all of the outdoor offerings is a big plus!

I stayed at 5 places on my Washington hiking trip and this was by far my favorite. The place is very cute and comfortable. I was able to catch up on my laundry as well which means so much when I was outdoors every day getting dirty!

Very comfortable cabin with stove, board games, books, huge bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful terrace with river view. Our kids didn't want to leave their comfy bunk beds :) Located 45min away from North Cascades NP visitor center Easily accessible through a superb little path winding amongst luscious trees - literally felt like Jurassik park! The host was nice and checked on us regularly

Glacier Glow was close to hiking and you can hear the river from the house. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that was very safe and a short distance to the river and trails. The house was very clean and had everything you need. There's a market that's fairly close if you need to get more groceries. We would stay again.

This condo boasts a fantastic location and, yes, a washer and dryer—conveniences that really shine when there’s not much else to rave about. Sadly, those are where the 'pros' end. The cons? Well, let’s start with the cozy (read: tiny) space that feels more like a throwback to the last century than a vacation retreat. It’s old, worn-out, and well past its prime. And the internet? Practically non-existent. The owner tries to pin the blame on the mountains and trees, but let’s be real—it’s slow because they’re clinging to a relic from the early 2000s. Investing in a proper internet setup would probably cut into those lovely high daily rates, so they’ll pass, thanks. Given the price, I can’t give this place more than 2 stars, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re really into vintage… technology.

Reasonable distance from amazing hikes at Mount Baker and nearby areas. Great BBQ restaurant (Gunners)! Small town, so not surprisingly the nearest market had limited food items and was on the expensive side.
