It was a good location. Advertised as fully equipped kitchen, but there was nothing in the kitchen area. We had to ask for a coffee pot and coffee. It was a decent stay however the bathroom toilet leaked the whole entire time. We reported it and no one one did anything about it. The bathroom floor stayed wet. We had towels use our towels because we were afraid of slipping and falling. No cups in the room for hot beverages and no safe for your valuables. I highly do not recommend this hotel , find another hotel to stay at . This hotel is very low budget ,Dirty , rooms are not cleaned properly the website pictures are very misleading makes the hotel look nice but it is definitely not . Breakfast is poor . Wilmington is not a big town.
Wilmington is not a big town. It is a lovely town, but you can walk it in a day. Split it into two. Enjoy the renovated riverside with its history, the Children's Museum and the great selection of restaurants and bars. Then enjoy a walking tout of the town. The architecture is amazingly diverse from the Quaker town hall to the ugly glass financial buildings. I had to stay there due to reasons beyond my control or I would have left! There were roaches in the room. The floor was dirty and the stripping was falling away from the wall. The toilet seat was broken, one side hooked on. There were hairs on the bed sheets. Two out of the three staff members I met were very polite and nice. I was told there would be a microwave and refrigerator through booking.com, but when I got there, there wasn't either in the room and there was a microwave in the lobby to use while the lobby was open.Guest review byPhillipsUnited States - 8.0
