Room was clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom had everything needed. The staff was nice and helpful. It is in a great location, walking distance of a lot of restaurants. It was cold in Prescott at night when we were in there, but the room has a nice heating / air conditioning. It is a bit loud but we switched off before sleeping anyway. We did not have dinner or breakfast there, so cannot give an opinion on the food.

Check in personnel was great and polite, breakfast was delicious, room was gorgeous. Great location and very quiet. Liked the shampoo and conditioner bottles that were mounted in shower. The way the floor was done in the room was just amazing, could tell it was recently remodeled. Will definitely be back!!

Great location. Have stayed here before. But always on 1st floor. Was put on the 3rd floor and the bed was rock hard and sleeping was okay until the garbage guy came at 4 am and banged around outside at 4 am but that’s not the property’s fault. Breakfast was okay. Kids liked the waffles. Staff was nice.
