- From $186.93 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 2,004 reviewsThe place is peacefull, quiet, and really clean. You can enjoy the pool, hot tub, or games like basketball. The staff is really really nice and professional, which I really appreciated. Rooms are clean, you have everything you need (coffee, fridge, microwave, AC, hair dryer, tv…) The breakfast is the best I had for 3 weeks in the USA ! (Coffee, waffle, bagel, sesame bagel, toast, muffin, yogurt, eggs, cream cheese, peanut butter… I’m sure I’m forgetting something. This is the best stay we had. Thank you!!Guest review byMonaFrance

Fun downtown area.
Fun downtown area. The "riverwalk" is a nice addition that I hadn't experienced in past visits. Great to see the old pizza place and taffy shop still in existence. The visitor center free parking is a super nice thing to have for this town. I wish other tourism based communities would follow suit. We especially enjoyed the free concert in the park featuring Cowboy Brad!Guest review byStephenUnited States - 8.0
Beautiful view of the mountains.
Beautiful view of the mountains. Centrally located to any place I needed to go. Easy to get to Estes Park, Fort Collins, Greeley or Denver. The one thing I hate about Loveland is all of the roundabouts that they have put in. Many different very good choices for dining.Guest review byCCMPCINUnited States - 10.0
I really enjoy staying in this beautiful little town.
I really enjoy staying in this beautiful little town. My dog and I love to paddle board. We go to Shadow Mountain Lake for that. What I appreciate about Grand Lake is early morning walks by the Lake with my pup. He’s a Lab and loves swimming. I also like it that I can walk to dinner with him and many restaurants allow him to sit with me while I eat. He’s very obedient and happy. He loves all the attention he gets ;)Guest review byJillUnited States - 2.0

This is a cute little community outside of Estes Park.
This is a cute little community outside of Estes Park. I did not stay very long since I had to return home from my vacation. While I was there, the community had a 4th of July celebration with a parade and community events. It was obvious that this is a close knit group of people! There is a gas station, restaurant, and a few stores. It is an easy drive to Estes Park, but without the overpriced lodging! If you want a laid-back place to stay after exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, this is perfect! The Wild Basin entrance to the park is just a stones throw away from Allenspark. BEAUTIFUL trail to explore!Guest review byMaritUnited States - 2.0
I have to be honest—my experience here was heartbreaking.
I have to be honest—my experience here was heartbreaking. The entire city showed me and my family an ugly side of racism that no one should ever have to endure. From the way we were treated, it was clear that being Black made us unwelcome in ways that were both blatant and deeply painful. What was supposed to be a time of peace and enjoyment turned into a constant reminder that some places still hold on to hate and prejudice. I truly wish I could have cut our stay shorter, and if Denver had been closer, I certainly would have. Needless to say, I will never return here, and I would strongly discourage any Black person from visiting. This was not just disappointing—it was sad, dehumanizing, and something no family should have to go through in 2025.Guest review byAllanUnited States - 10.0

The staff was phenomenal, breakfast was delicious every day, room service was excellent and the location of this establishment is great. Our room had a great view. The best part was while in the room you couldn’t hear any outside noises, not neighbors or the freeway. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It truly is a home away from home. I would recommend this location all day every day.Guest review byAlexandraUnited States - 6.0

Thirty eight fantastic years of second home ownership in the area, lost in the East Troublesome Fire. That said, Grand Lake is still awesome, RMNP with entrance restrictions, a better experience. 4th of July fireworks over the lake worth the effort. Repertory Theater an unexpected gem. Modern boardwalks, great library, decent food, recommend the Sagebrush for casual dinning, moose on the loose!Guest review byDavid AUnited States - 10.0
We were in Grandy for a travel golf trip.
We were in Grandy for a travel golf trip. We played 4 nearby courses and enjoyed a Pontoon boat excursion one day and a trip to the town of Lake Grandby. Plenty of fun restaurants nearby and great City market for groceries and incidentals. The weather was variable with great sunshine most of the time and a few late day showers and thunderstorms.Guest review byMary AnnUnited States - 10.0
This town is adorable!
This town is adorable! It is so picturesque with a river running through it. Lots of restaurants, shops and activities. Go up to Prospect mountain via the tram, check out The Stanley hotel and of course, visit Rocky Mountain national park!Guest review byErinUnited States
