Everything! I stay there maybe 4-5 times a year. Yet Jasmine remembered my name and welcomed me back at check in. The entire staff is super accommodating and helpful! Rooms are super clean and well appointed. Included Kick Back and Breakfast (to include a grill station) Make it a real bargain! Management is very visible, practicing management by walking around, helping staff members as needed to include clearing tables and tending bar. The fact that their staff have worked there a long time (many over 10 years!) says a whole lot about Drury!!

The first time I choose to stay at Comfort Suites. I will definitely go back. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! The guest room was spacious and very clean! The King size bed was comfortable and definitely fit for a King! The hair dryer, iron, and Ironing board were available in the guest room. Self service hot breakfast was a great way to get started. Definitely Two Thumbs Up!

    The Hop On Hop Off was the most helpful.

    The Hop On Hop Off was the most helpful. We learned a lot about the history of, cultural diversity, and the people from our retired school teacher Mr O. The customer service of many staff from hotel, restaurants, Hop on busses, and general services was impeccable. They never said go here or there from just directions. They all walked you to an area so you could see exactly where we wanted to go. The Alamo and the laser light show was wonderful. The boat ride too was fun. Other tourists were very friendly and suggestions welcomed. Thank you San Antonio!!

    Landa Park is a great place to go for a wonderful park...

    Landa Park is a great place to go for a wonderful park experience. They have a choo-choo train people can ride (sized for kids and smaller people, but I have known larger adults to squeeze into them. in the off season (outside of summer) they are open on the weekends. Kids love this! There are lots of play areas around the park acreage as well. Lots of wonderful restaurants!

    Hotels in San Antonio were so expensive I stayed here. This Hotel is better than “Motel 6” and similar to “Super 8”. If you have an 18 wheeler there is no room to park. A large U-Haul will have to park in the front. It is possible to get a large U-Haul with a trailer into the front parking lot. However, the front parking lot cannot be seen from any of the rooms. Therefore, I would be concerned about the security of my personal belongings. This hotel is shaped like a square with a pool inside the square. The rooms inside the square face the pool and experience a lot of noise due to pool activity. If you want a quiet room, choose one outside the square, not inside the square facing the pool area.

    Boerne, TX definitely ended up going beyond my expectations.

    Boerne, TX definitely ended up going beyond my expectations. Even though it's a small town, it looks super clean, has really good restaurants, local breweries, a beautiful river, also in the surroundings you can find local wineries and vineyards (where you can actually do wine tasting). It was funded by German people in the 1800s so you'll be able to find german food and of course beer.

    I booked a room online and was told I could pay when I got...

    I booked a room online and was told I could pay when I got on location. We got a confirmation number.But when we got there to check in we were told the hotel had over booked and they had no accommodations for us. We left and was a little frustrated, but luckily we found another hotel. Not sure we’ll ever book there again.

    This is a very nice hotel located conveniently to restaurants and the interstate. The facilities are very nice and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and quiet. Even though we were close to the interstate, we didn't hear any road noise. The TV was located in the middle of the room with the bed on one side and a sofa on the other. The only way you could look directly at the TV was sitting at a desk in front of it which was inconvenient.

    This motel looked very inviting on the pictures on booking.com, but in reality this motel is a dump! This motel is made for truckers, hookers, and one night stands! It is not made for families. As soon as I walked in my room I knew that I made a wrong choice!

    San Antonio has a wealth of culture if you look for it and dare enter the city (parking can be difficult to find - peak times, so take your patience with you). Visit the mercado, it's like crossing the Mexican border without crossing the Mexican border! Eat at Mi Tiera, the experience is well worth the wait - peak times.

    I want to reimbursement of all my fees for $100 that I had to spend on the crappy room literally human feces and overpricing me 25 extra dollars when I left the ER and had nowhere to go early and I was only 2 hours early to check in. Due to the hospital release.

    This hotel is in desperate need of cleaning.

    This hotel is in desperate need of cleaning. The carpets were filthy throughout the building. The pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom of it. The only breakfast was a microwaveable sausage and biscuit, and they were old.
