The room was way better than I expected, way better than it was on the pictures. I also asked to have a water view, it was amazing! We went to Ed Sheeran's concert at the Levi's Stadium. It was only 30 minutes to walk from the hotel. Super convenient!

The pictures on Booking.com do not do the rooms justice at all. I felt like I was in a resort and the rooms were very spacious with great amenities. The hotel in general was peaceful and I felt very much at home. The staff were all so kind and helpful and even let me do an early check-in which I really appreciated. I will be visiting them again.

Located in Central Palo Alto, el PRADO offers contemporary guest rooms with GLink iPhone and Android docking stations. A state-of-the-art fitness centre is located on site. There are many things to like about El Prado — our beautiful and spacious room, the terrific location just off the older downtown area with several restaurants and shops that is easily walkable. My favourite though was the lovely bar on the second floor where we went to share a great charcuterie board and two delicious cocktails when we arrived at 9pm feeling peckish after a long flight from Montreal. The bar is cosy with several comfortable upholstered armchairs and couches set up in sitting areas for a tête-a-tête for two or for small groups; just the perfect spot for relaxed drinks after work or to welcome two tired travellers.
