Charleston is a very historic place with lots of places to visit. I was impressed by the Angel Tree which is over 400 years old. They recently added a tree that was grown from the fallen acorn from the original tree;Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

People were pleasant and helpful! Visit a USC basketball or USC football game for superb entertainment! The fans are very loyal, almost as loyal as UK basketball fans from Kentucky! SEC is the most entertaining league in college sports bar none!Guest review byRobertUnited States - 10.0

Greenville is a great city, safe, lot of sidewalk cafes and interesting shops. Good for a day or a week. We just wanted to get away for Labor Day weekend. Nightlife varies so have to do a little research, but there’s something for everyone, young to seniors. We are latter category, but found a nice place for dinner and dance.Guest review byJames L.United States - 6.0
Stayed in the downtown area.
Stayed in the downtown area. There were several restaurants nearby. The area appears to be undergoing a revitalization. Several older buildings near my hotel were under renovation. Nicer than I expected.Guest review byJohnUnited States - 8.0
Restaurant signage on roads was nearly non-existent.
Restaurant signage on roads was nearly non-existent. NO parking near beaches. ( $3.00 per hour when you did find some ) paying a toll to get to the light house ( $9.36 ) with no parking once we got there was what I remember the most about HILTON HEAD. Not a real friendly community for travel, period.Guest review byJerryUnited States - 10.0

Rock Hill is a beautiful little city and an absolute gem just south of charlotte. Christmasville is an amazing Festival totally worth traveling for. The Town Square with a huge fountain reminds me of a Piazza in italy. Rock hill has so much to offer and so many little nooks to explore. Love Rock HillGuest review byleone - 8.0

We loved Hatcher Gardens, it was probably the highlight of our trip. The downtown area was a bit hard to navigate with a larger vehicle but there was a lot to see/do there as well. The staff at the Hub City Train Museum was phenomenal- knowledgeable and friendly. If you head our toward Roebuck there's a tiny diner in a strip mall (Grill 221) and the burgers are delicious (and huge)!Guest review byAmandaUnited States - 10.0

The history is fascinating and the tours are worth every dime. Lots of great restaurants and small shops. Even driving around the historical district and visiting Paris Island is worth the trip alone.Guest review byAnonymousUnited States - 8.0
We have family there so we visit every 3 months.
We have family there so we visit every 3 months. Lots of traffic but it flows quickly enough. Gives you time to check out shops as you are sitting in traffic. We love the "old town" section. The shops are awesome. And if you happen to go between April & September the Farmers Market is wonderful!Guest review byJimUnited States
