Bike paths are great.
Bike paths are great. Sand Harbor was great too, but crowded. The bike path from Incline to Sand Harbor is a must. I think it has reached the point in South Lake where there are more people zipping around on escooters than bicycles.Guest review byAnonymousUnited States - 6.0
Stateline is undergoing a huge transformation.
Stateline is undergoing a huge transformation. Harveys is being re-branded with a ton of construction. Inside was seriously a shell of itself. Golden Nugget is also under construction and remodel. The whole area just felt run down. Not the Stateline we remembered from years past. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I cannot say enough about this location - 100 Foot walk to beach. Clean, Sandy & Private Beach. Unit so close to water you can hear the lapping waves of the lake. We left our windows open it was wonderful. Super close to shopping, gas station, Casinos & Skiing in winter. Beautiful Sunsets. Quiet & Peaceful. I like staying in South Tahoe for a lot of the hiking and places to visit and eat...however, I would probably never go during this holiday weekend ever again; it was too busy too crowded and too noisy but usually it's a really fun place to go to . .=Tahoe is beautiful and I enjoyed the Gondola ride. Please note it does not run year round and you need to check the Heavenly Valley website for the schedule. There are lots of opportunities to check out the lake from an air balloon, on one of the many cruises or more active things like paddle boarding or jet skis. Stateline also has the casinos and some good restaurants, I dined at Gordon Ramseys Hells Kitchen and it was very good. Zephyr Cove is perfectly located on the Nevada side, close enough to The Village without feeling like your right in the middle of town. Great beach location and restaurant/gift store. very pretty, weather was great, beaches was perfect for what i wanted, and even was able to do a little swimming in the lake. i went to pope beach and was $12 for entry, was well worth it. tried to get to a couple other beaches and it was super hard to find parking. pope beach was great and was able to get to the beach right from my parking spot. went to a couple outlets and people was really nice. traffic was not bad, even though there was allot of road work going on. bring your own beach needs because it is expensive at the stores to buy. love the big 5.Guest review byCJUnited States - 8.0
Stateline is perfect if you stay a mile or 2 up Kingsbury...
Stateline is perfect if you stay a mile or 2 up Kingsbury grade road. Any farther up the road and its a hassle to get into town, especially in the winter. Its a short drive into the bustling casino heavenly shopping district, just know parking is expensive- but most casinos will comp parking for gambling or arcade time. Lastly, Nevada beach is a good spot to take the family and there is a grocery store for snacks, right before you head down to the beach.Guest review bydustin - 6.0

The scenarios were beautiful and walking around was the highlight of my stay. However, the owner for the property did not sanitized the house and my guest and I spent our first day cleaning and sanitizing because the house was dirty.
