Cocoa Beach was not too bad.
Cocoa Beach was not too bad. I prefer the clear waters of the gulf over the Atlantic Ocean any day. The sand here at Cocoa Beach was quite soft and actually felt pretty good on our feet. However, the sand from the condo to the beach was SCORCHING HOT and could have used misters from the condo to the edge of the beach to help keep the tenants from burning their feet.Guest review byTravisUnited States - 6.0

We had a suite on the fifth floor overlooking the river.
We had a suite on the fifth floor overlooking the river. These are the best rooms for viewing any launches unless you go to the bar (where they stop serving drinks at 22:00). The rooms are well appointed with a fridge and microwave, and binoculars provided to use during your stay. Cleaning is every two days, and they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the large walk-in shower. The swimming pool has a free towel service and a whirlpool. During our visit in August, the water temperature was very warm. Clientele is a mixture of business and families, and there was a touch doodle screen near the lifts where people left drawings / comments, which was quite entertaining. Very interesting part of the Space Coast. A little off the beaten path but still accessible to many attractions. Lots of dining options and outdoor activities to choose from. Nicely remodeled one bedroom place. It's located on the upper lever of a condo looking place. Easy access to the parking spot and beautiful landscaped outside seating and entrance. The floor plan was a nice open contemporary atmosphere and each room was welcoming. The only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in the bedroom so that I could have placed my shorts and shirts in a drawer instead of having them on the chair or the need to live out of my suit case while staying there.
