Moab is a delightful town.
Moab is a delightful town. Nearby are Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our visit coincided with the Moab Music Festival, which is an amazing event. We attended one of the Grotto concerts taking jet boats to a Grotto Canyon with amazing acoustics for an outstanding chamber music concert. It was a bucket list item for me. Also, there is some great dining in Moab.Guest review byA ClintonUnited States - 10.0

We spent one full day at Bryce.
We spent one full day at Bryce. We saw the most spectacular night sky with milky way visible to naked eyes. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. We did the Navajo and queens garden loop which was around 3 miles and covered most of the canyon. Views from Inspiration point and Bryce point are the best. Sunrise at Bryce point was amazing.Guest review bySangramUnited States - 10.0

St. George is a beautiful little red rock town with plenty of restaurants and things to do. The Children's Museum was perfect for my 2.5 year old granddaughter and the splashpad right next to it was amazing !!!Guest review byGinaUnited States - 10.0
Springdale is a very nice town.
Springdale is a very nice town. It’s clean, nice hotels and nice restaurants with good food. The bus rides to Zion from the town and the buses taking you in the park to your hiking trails is very convenient. The town itself so easy to get around by car and most places are within walking distance if you prefer to walk. The town feels very safe which is a huge plus. Great place to vacation!Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Only stayed in Kanab for one night and late in the afternoon. Loved the Toadstool Hoodoos which is located at the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument just before getting into Kanab and it is only a 1.7 mi RT hike. Loved Wild Thyme restaurant. Had their salmon dish and we shared a delish dessert. Went to Moqui Cave. Very interesting story of the lineage of the Hopi Cave told by the employees. It is very touristy but very cool to check out and if you are into rocks, gems, Native American jewelry, it is a must stop. They have wind caves there but didn’t have time for that. A beautiful area. Reminds me of a mini-Sedona. History of old Hollywood filming westerns in Kanab.Guest review byKristin - 10.0
Panguitch is a special place full of wonderful people.
Panguitch is a special place full of wonderful people. We were traveling through here when my husband was hospitalized for 5 days. Everyone, hospital staff, hotel owner, laundry mat, pharmacy, etc...were very helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good about it. My husband joked if he were younger, we would move there!Guest review byMulkin - 10.0

Hurricane is great because it's near Zion National Park and everything you can do there. We found a few great restaurants - River Rock Roasting Company's cinnamon rolls are not to be missed. We also loved Main Street Cafe. There's everything you need - grocery stores, Walmart, gas stations, and restaurants. While staying in Hurricane, we embarked on a Canyoning tour with Red Desert Adventure. It was phenomenal! If rappelling down waterfalls, climbing Via Ferratta, and zip lining across canyons sounds like your happy place, then I highly recommend it! We also hiked the Narrows. We picked up our gear the night before our adventure from Zion Guru, which has a parking lot.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 6.0

The Bluff Fort museum looked interesting but it was too hot to walk around. In mid-July, there were very few options for dining, which became a bit of a challenge for my diabetic husband. The pizza from the gas station convenience store kept us fed after a long day at Monument Valley. Utah forces you to be self-reliant in every way, although the gas prices in town were better than in Moab.Guest review bySarah F.E.United States - 10.0
It was the perfect place for my visit to Zion.
It was the perfect place for my visit to Zion. A 20 minute drive from the park, quiet and restful after a very busy day of hiking! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Try out River Rock cafe when you’re there.Guest review byAnonymous
