I enjoyed my stay here with my family. Debbie at the front desk was warm and welcoming. I felt very safe here, it was comfortable and quiet for our stay. I would happily stay here again in the future.

This is a really terrific place. I'm so lucky I found it almost by accident. It's in a really great location with a view of the Bay. Literally minutes from most of the popular retail shopping. Exceedingly spacious accommodations, that are well done and tasteful yet still comfortable and welcoming. Parking is terrific, close to the entrance but not in the way and you can see your car from the kitchen window. The innkeeper, Nancy, is superlative. Nancy is truly an expert at world class service. There wasn't anything that I wanted or needed or thought of that Nancy hadn't already taken care of. Nancy is very professional yet with an ease and friendliness that is very, very welcoming. I really didn't want to leave but I certainly intend on going back for another stay. With location, accommodations, and Nancy it was a 5 star getaway without hesitation. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this historic inn - from the fantastic staff to the property itself. It had so much character but didn’t smell old. It was spotless- even the shared bathroom upstairs in the main lodge where I stayed. You can hear others through the floor or walls, but they have a white noise machine which solved that. The bed was so comfortable. Robes to use are toasty for bathroom trips. The coffee in the am is wonderful and strong :) Fireplace and surroundings are gorgeous!

On arrival, I was met with a courteous smile and helpful assistance, I canceled one of the nights as my husband had also made plans to surprise me, they treated with it very kindly, I also checked out abit late because it was my wedding night and we overslept but that also was well respective. We also got complimentary breakfast which was soo good for us as we were both nervous and didn't have the time to grab anything else. So thank you to the staff and kudos to you for having that well planned and organized. I also had ironing board, an iron, hair dryer, shampoo all complimentry. Thank you again.

The West Beach area next to the sea, where we stayed, was about 5 miles from the center of Oak Harbor, which we visited for supplies, and general look at the town. We did not spend much time in town; found little of interest there. It was a good central location for exploring Whidbey Island.

Coupeville is an historic town that is quite walkable. Definitely suggest starting with the Museum. The views of the water are fabulous, ability to walk is also good. Suggest definitely seeing the Magic Forest just outside of town.

Langley island is so charming with a peaceful and beautiful vibe. We loved hiking around the shores of pungent sound, photographing the seagulls, drinking coffee and watching incredible sunsets. Every bite of food we experienced was over the top Delicious!! Especially loved the Langley Island cafe where we were served the best sandwich I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back to this little slice of heaven on earth💕🙌

Recommend sending detailed instructions such as 1.2 miles from main road there’s a sign to the right with an orange spray paint address. Turn onto single lane road across a bridge. Continue for 0.1 mi. There will be another address sign on the right…. Etc. Also tell people there is no phone service.

Freeland was great! Gordon's nearby had excellent food. Forgot to mention we saw deer, 3 of them, come into the garden of our rental home, Mutiny Sands. We took pictures of them! The view of the water and the barges coming into the Sound was breathtaking as well.

Wonder House's fantastic beach was so great, we mostly stayed right there. What a great spot for low tide rambling; I have never seen so many mussels in my life! The Price Sculpture Forest is just down the road, truly a "must-experience"! We also enjoyed visiting Fort Casey with its lighthouse and were thrilled to be right in the midst of seven eagles hunting and soaring around us! Don't miss the well-documented historic Sunnyside Cemetery, we could have spent hours there. Coupeville is a darling little town with many historic buildings. Can't wait to return!

Greenbank doesn't offer much beyond a really bad-ass sandwich shop, and a nice grocery nearby in Freeland. The bigger towns of Langley or Coupeville offered more in the way of shops, restaurants, etc.

The property's location is fabulous, right on the water, and the sunsets were fabulous. The property was very comfortable and easy to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and pots and cooking utensils. The host was generous, kind and welcoming. The property is not in Oak Harbor but only a 9 minute drive to a supermarket, cafes etc.

Langley is a great town with plenty of shops and cafes. The people were friendly/welcoming--even the nice police officer who pulled us over on our way out of town to remind us to keep our speed at 25 mph while in town. It's the best experience I have had with a traffic stop.
