5-Star Hotels in Yosemite National Park

Yes it’s dated but frankly that’s part of the charm. If you want glitz and glamour, go to Las Vegas( and we did on our road trip). For down at heel charm, great facilities including lovely pools and a superb pizza takeaway, you cannot beat this for proximity to the Yosemite park arch rock entrance.

Superb location. very friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Ample parking space. Overall ideal stay for a visit to Yosemite.

Great location, friendly staff, if you are travelling in and out of the national park this is by far the nest location enter in and out from. The southern entrance from oakhurst was always busy with over an hours wait to enter. From the northern enter we never waited more than 15 mins. Staff and facilities were outstanding. The room was superb with great facilities and very comfortable beds. It was very cool when we arrived, ideal as it was very hot outside. We would have preferred some better instructions about how to use the air conditioning unit however. We could not master it. The only disappointing aspect from our perspective was breakfast, which was frankly average at best. This said, with its ample parking and proximity to a good range of restaurants, and a very comfortable room, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel.

Everything! Rustic cabin with super comfy beds. Fantastic staff and 5 star food and service.The grounds are great too ! It’s a perfect place to retreat to.

Superb breakfast and outstanding hosts who made us feel as honored guests. They are an outstanding example of how proprietors should interact with their customers . Wonderful stay and we’ll be back next time we go to Yosemite.

The location was very convenient to Yosemite and other close by scenery. The WiFi was adequate, although an extra charge, but it is a remote area, so infrastructure isn’t as easy as it is in a more populated area, so I get it. The location is quiet, and easy to find. With a small restaurant and bar, a gift shop, and friendly staff, the motel seemed to be more than just a place to sleep. It’s not a 5 star resort, but it’s also much more affordable than a larger, fancier property would be. This motel is everything it should be.

Great location only an hour from Yosemitie. The accomodation is outstanding clean, luxurious with endless nice touches with lighting ,pool table and top range coffee machine alongside high class furnishing throughout. The bed was so comfortable. The trails are good albeit didn't get a chance to fully explore but on a short morning hike saw deer , eagles and several humming birds. The deer are amazing and come up to the accomodation each morning... Fantastic stay!!
