As soon as you walk into the lobby, you receive so many greetings from staff, as well they offer you a virgin daiquiri while you are checking in. The staff will not make you wait for anything. There is always someone to help you with anything you need. It's away from St. Thomas downtown, it’s closer to the Ferry service to go to St. John. The resort has its own security and gated. Two pools of one has a great view of the beach and resort and has bar in the water, however the bar is not open on "off peak" times but you can bring your own drinks. The resort offers entertainment on property throughout the day/night. The bathroom in the room is updated and beautiful. It also has a free laundry facility on each floor. There is an activity planner in the lobby (Angelo) who went above and beyond to assist me with my partner's birthday plans. Loved the location and staff is amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS LOCATION!!"
