I really recommend this hotel , The view from room was spectacular you can see the large mountains also Moana cafe too. apart from that is the front lady name Pham Thu is very nice and fluence english , she helped us about restaurants recommendation and how to get to Fansipan . She is so kind !

This is my second visit to Pistachio Hotel this year. My first stay was in May 2024 with friends, and I was so impressed that I decided to return in November with my boyfriend to celebrate our birthdays. The hotel made our stay special by providing a birthday cake and upgrading our room. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service from the staff, especially the lady at reception who handled our check-in and check-out. She was incredibly polite and even gave me a cute souvenir at departure—thank you so much; we absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a delightful mix of international and traditional Vietnamese dishes, all of which were delicious. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return to Sapa and stay at Pistachio Hotel again!

Exceptional stay at Hotel de la Coupole! The design is so elegant and luxurious! The attentive staff made sure that every detail was perfect. Breathtaking mountain views from the luxurious room, delicious breakfast and dinner. I want to mention that Mo and Thuy were excellent massage therapists! The temperature of the pool is regulated for the cold weather! Prime location for exploring Sapa. Highly recommend this 5-star hotel!!

Our stay was in the mountain view room. This room was spacious and had a great view. The hotel was exceptionally clean and showcased local art. The breakfast was top of the line and the staff was great. I'd like to add that this hotel is large and consists of 4 main buildings. You can walk between the buildings as they're quite close to get to breakfast, go to the pool, etc. Or call the office and they'll chauffer you in a buggy. The hotel is a bit out of the city (a 10 min walk) this walk is either straight downhill to the city or straight uphill back to the hotel from the city. There's a shuttle that will run once an hour, which we used often without issues or a taxi is always an option and quite affordable as well. Our stay was lovely and I'd recommend this hotel.

    The staff let us check in early due to the bus arrived pretty early (4:45 am) with the additional charge but it's doable and understandable. The morning staffs are very friendly and very helpful, they help us get the shuttle or even the taxi to bus station. Breakfast is soooo good here, there so much to eat !!! Especially pho soup is the best. The location is a bit off from the main area but again you get such a great mountain view in the morning.

    We had a brilliant stay at Sapa Hills! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout, allowing us to extend our stay, giving advice for tours and activities, booking our onwards travel and even helping us locate a bag we left on the bus. The location is great too, just a short walk to restaurants and the town centre, and the right end of town for the start of a lot of hikes. Really happy and will be recommending to friends 😊

    Beautiful scenery and relaxing weather. But, it's best to make sure you visit during the non-rainy seasons to avoid excessive fog and unexpected rainfall. We visited the moana cafe, glass bridge, ban mong alpine coaster and explored the city center. All these locations are a must visit to anyone visiting Sapa. This was our second trip to Sapa. During our first visit, we visited sunworld fansipan and cat cat village, and they are also absolute must visits!

    Lao Cai is a frontier town and as such, has a quite quirky feel to it. There is not a whole lot to do per se, apart from visiting a couple of pagodas. I do like the vibe there and there is some really good Vietnamese food available.

    Very difficult to find your way there, all homestay/hotel owners refuse to provide information and collaborate only with specific companies. English guides limited but a guide named Thao made our stay a nightmare. She was trying to push lunch and other side services, once she realized we didn’t want that, she stopped any guiding and intentionally destroyed half of one day and the whole second day by acting simply as a side person on the trip, not providing absolutely anything. Totally unprofessional and even verbally rude and sarcastic. Avoid at all costs!

Many travelers who arrive and try to book at the last minute often find no rooms available, which shows the hotel’s appeal and service quality.     Mountainous area famous for plum.

    Mountainous area famous for plum. It's called the white valley because during the spring the whole area is covered by plum flowers. So it's best to visit in early January. Otherwise, summer is a good time for plum picking. I had an enjoyable experience picking plum myself and brought lots of them home. I was lucky to visit during the weekends when they had annual horse racing competition. Really memorable. They also have weekly Hmong flea market on Sunday, you can eat local food and see ethnic people trading. Riding motorbike and looking at the mountain was fairly enough for me. You definitely should eat at Sa Mu restaurant. The food was so good that we went there twice.

    Walking around Sapa Lake at night was truly magical. The calm water reflected the shimmering lights of the town, while the cool mountain breeze carried the quiet charm of the late hour. Under the soft glow of the moon, the surrounding hills and streets seemed even more enchanting.     I only stayed Saturday night for the Sunday market but wish I’d stayed Friday night too to see the buffalo market on Saturday morning. Get up early (~6am) and go to the market while it’s bustling with locals rather than waiting until the tourist buses arrive (from ~9am). Quan Binh Phuong does good chicken pho for 30,000 VND
