Small city. Not very busy. Nice place for shopping cellphone and associated gadgets. Not much to see however Samson Beach is beautiful with lot of restaurants. People are not used to see other races. This is a popular region with plenty of Homestays and Resorts. But not many Westerners, Hire a motorcycle and Explore the region, there is a couple good half day rides that are just quiet backroads with little villages, cafes for food & coffee. Pu Luong is gorgeous and the people there are extremely friendly. Because it's newly open to tourism, it's quite peaceful, but it does mean there are fewer options (for example, no real affordable food choices). However, the quiet was just what we were looking for, and we both thought the area was one of the most beautiful places we'd ever seen.
