The omelettes were delicious and came very quickly. Would recommend ordering these! The layout of the hotel was lovely. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar next to the foyer most nights and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. It was lovely chilling out by the pool and being able to order food and drinks, the milkshakes were delicious. The place was very tidy and well kept. We had a couple of evening meals which were also delicious. The hotel was very central to the marina and only a 10 minute walk to town and the information centre. Our room was spacious and the shower was lovely. We didn’t use the bath. The pool was warm and clean. The swim up bar was a nice treat for us.

Apia is a beautiful place to visit. You should be prepared with an itinerary if travelling solo or as a couple, or family with small kids. Although alot of those of Samoan heritage would spend a bit of time with family. We spent a little time with family, and managed to visit my grandma's headstone and do up her floral arrangement and solar lights. The temperature I know alot of people would love. The staff were amazing from day one till the end of our stay. Everything went went well. We enjoyed our event on the second night and the food was much better compare to our first dinner. Lovely place, very interesting culture, hired a car, went to swim at Turtle Bay, drove into the town to look around. Bought food at some of the local food places, but the best food and price was the resort itelf. To get around one does need to hire a car, they are expensive however. But to get the feel of Samoa, necessary. There are cheaper places to stay, it depends on what you want. A beautiful new airport complements the island, previously was a tin shed but what was lovely about that was the welcoming group singing and paying guitars. I was only here for one night, for proximity to my early flight the next day. I would probably stay a couple of nights if returning to enjoy the facilites and surrounds.
