- From AUD 560.55 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 414 reviewsThe place is in a breathtaking location! A mix of Fynbos/Karoo and you can even hear the nightjars in the evening calling from the rocks above the lodge and during the day the Bonteboks and Rock Hyrax were very close. The food was truly exceptional and the staff is so friendly and does really want to make you happy! It was full moon so it was a but unfortunate as there is no light pollution and star gazing must be amazing in this place. Nothing to complain at all! We definitely will book this beautiful place againGuest review byDanielSwitzerland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 524 reviewsThis was a great thing to do for overnight trip from Cape Town. I didn’t think it would be as well run and it was more high end than I thought it would be for price. Food was exceptional and lots of extras ie star gazing experience all included. I have done lots of safaris and although private gated reserves are different to the big national parks they are still really fun and enjoyable and this was no exception. Would hundred per cent recommend.Guest review byveronicaUnited Kingdom

A most delightful vibrant little town, one needs to remember it is a student town, so if staying close to clubs and pubs, going to be a little noisy. Great shopping and eating experiences. Traffic quite crazy though.Guest review bySHIRLEYSouth Africa - 10.0

I grew up in Paarl but has retired to Lamberts bay down the west-coast so visiting Paarl is always a "home from home" outing. Always a pleasure coming back. This was a quick visit so we didnt have time to visit any of the "offerings" Paarl has and it has many but next time we will stay longer to visit some again.Guest review byAndreSouth Africa - 10.0

Very cute, has some nice shopping centres, nicely located between Cape Town and Stellenbosch, nothing is a far drive. There can be some traffic on week days though, but if you leave earlier in the morning it's fine. Quiet place, easy to drive around or get an uber. Lots of wine farms near by and some great restaurants (trip advisor and google both have good lists for these). Some great hikes that are nearby as well.Guest review byIrvineCanada - 8.0

An attractive country town nestling in the Langeberg mountains. A Spar and other shops are there and fuel available. The Cape Dry dried fruit activity is in the town. The Museum and NGZ Mission church were interesting. Street cleanliness was quite good- little litter. We felt safe walking around in the daytime.Guest review byJohnSouth Africa - 10.0

We have stayed for a long weekend in Melkbosstrand and for the past 5 years each January in Strand. The area around Strand and the beach is nice, even though it can get very busy - it is a nice place to stay and lots of things to do.Guest review byDirk-JanSouth Africa - 8.0
Historical, but also lots of wineries etc.
Historical, but also lots of wineries etc. Not much to do if you're not a foodie, or outdoorsy, probably, but if you are, it's a bit different to the usual wineries. Great place for a stopover on your way back to Cape Town. The town has gone to effort to put itself on the tourist map, which is commendable.Guest review byLuschkaUnited Kingdom - 6.0
Tranquility but the roads was not good at all.
Tranquility but the roads was not good at all. For non residents of Cape Town you should take into account that it is quite far from Cape Town centre and the price for Transport transfers are very high. Please do not try Aquila the price is relatively very very high and not worth it.Guest review byHeemandanee DeviMauritius - 8.0

It was my first time visiting Worcester and i was amazed by the cleanliness of the town even in the townships. The area is safer and most places i visited, i was greeted with great service. The place has lots of places to visit. If you are a wine enthusiast, then you would enjoy some wine tasting places. I also enjoyed coffee shops and town lifestyle.Guest review byWelcomeSouth Africa
