- From $366.34 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 417 reviewsThe place is in a breathtaking location! A mix of Fynbos/Karoo and you can even hear the nightjars in the evening calling from the rocks above the lodge and during the day the Bonteboks and Rock Hyrax were very close. The food was truly exceptional and the staff is so friendly and does really want to make you happy! It was full moon so it was a but unfortunate as there is no light pollution and star gazing must be amazing in this place. Nothing to complain at all! We definitely will book this beautiful place againGuest review byDanielSwitzerland
- From $140.24 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 2,414 reviewsWe loved our rooms, which had gorgeous views of the golf course and ocean. For early risers, a sunrise with a coffee is unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is an absolute delight, with a huge tub to soak away in. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of options, from your classic egg station to salmon pâté and scones. If you take the option with breakfast included, it is great value for money. The golf course is one of the most beautiful courses I have played in my life.Guest review byJacquesOman

The people are the stars of this beautiful city.
The people are the stars of this beautiful city. They are friendly, helpful and kind and have an amazing sense of humour. The city, while poor is rich in history and facilities and places to see and visit. Table mountain is a jewel as is Boo Kap - wow, what a story this place has to tell and it does through the people who still live and work there. There are people who will tell you Cape Town is unsafe - it is no more unsafe than any other major city. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are a must visit. They are amazing. The food in this city is out of this world and the wine....oh the wine!Guest review byPeterIreland - 10.0

Mossel Bay itself has so much to see and do and then you have all the little treasures on the outskirts of Mossel Bay. One that we found this weekend after visiting Mossel Bay for the last 15 years is the Butterfly Sanctuary on the R328 in Ruitersbos. Visit in summer to see the butterflies as in winter their numbers are far less. A must at the sanctuary is to meet Earle Whitely a world renowned butterfly expert.Guest review byKennethSouth Africa - 10.0

we have been to Oudtshoorn several times over a number of years. The attractions are mainly the same but still worth a visit - however interesting to see how much the town has grown and evolved. The drive through the Swartberg Mountains is NOT to be missed. The primary reason we took this trip.Guest review bySumayaSouth Africa
