Amazing place to stay in the Drakensberg. Beautiful views, shuttle to the start of the chain ladder hike, surprisingly good food (try the chicken schnitzel). I loved the whole experience. Will def go back!

Location is excellent! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. It is a place that creates an easy space to meet people. The views are outstanding! The food portions are very generous, I could never finish a meal. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are always warm despite the biting cold outside!

The host was very nice and helpful, shared with us also some valuable recommendations for our travels. Well equipped kitchen. Do not expect luxury, however the equipment was sufficient. It was still somebody by the gate so we felt safe.
