Great location - rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff is great. Recommend asking for a quiet room as rooms surround a pool/bar area and can be a bit noisy.

Loved the property. Stayed there 2 times. second time we got amazing room near to floor. Near restaurants (Thai was good) and Cinema. Watched flying foxes fly inland along river at Sunset-beautiful. They even let us check out very late due to late flight. Staff very, very helpful. Next to lovely river walk.

Accommodation was good, well equipped and comfy. Unfortunately for us it was raining without pause for 2 days while we were there, so we didn't enjoy the island as planned. A good thing for the tent is that it can endure really big amounts of water. Water was everywhere except in the tent. It has even created a small lake around the tent base, but tents are on an elevated wooden base, so everything was ok.

Writing as a part time wheelchair user. I had informed the staff beforehand of needs and they were quick to respond and accommodate me. In fact, the accessible room had been damaged in a tropical storm so the team made sure I still had a space to stay that met my needs. It was a beautiful spot incredibly clean and spacious. So not the room I intended but some other hotels would have asked me to pay extra or not given me the space. So a free upgrade to make sure I was comfortable and good actually enjoy my stay? Yes please and thank you very much Peppers! Amazing location on the waterfront and lovely pool area and restaurant. Staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations. It is across the road from where Ferry comes in and Buses leave from.

The condition of the room was immaculate. The decor of the room was unique, although I'm not an 'alternatives' type of person. I could use the facilities of the resort even though the room was owned by an outside individual. I would stay there again next year at the drop of a hat. Ken Blanshard 17-21.5.2024
