The room was spacious and offered a pretty good separation between our bed and the kids' bed (no door in between, though). The breakfast was delicious and it had options for the whole family, and the lunch at the restaurant was great. Nice, clean pool.

Everything was great with the exception of the spa. The rest was just amazing. The food was exceptionally delicious and the garden is a real paradise on earth. I am absolutely enchanted by this place. I am so happy it is Bulgarian. Very high quality of the tourist service. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is a dream come true. Words just fail me. I am in love with Helena!
