The Renaissance is run by a very friendly and professional staff, they care. From where it’s based it creates a lot of visual excitement with maritime endeavours from the lagune pool side and being between the cruise arrivals and charm of Willemstad is a great mix. The infitinity pool really allows you to relax and is accessible and you feel welcomed and looked after for bites and refreshments. Lastly they have delicious caribbean benedict breakfast in-house. further, bit rare these days - they play really nice music throughout the hotel, thoughtful curation. kudos for this one

It was a great 3 days. Very clean, the front desk staff, was not so friendly especially the females unlike males were very helpful. Food was great as well as the bars. I would recommend this resort to anyone. I would return again. Thanks to all the friendly people from the guards to bell boys.

Beautifully landscaped and designed eco-resort with chic rustic style; it seemed to have more authenticity/character/style than many other resorts we saw in the area. The main reception/restaurant area and the pools are gorgeous! It’s about a six minute walk downhill to the Jan Thiel Beach area, which is very nice and has a lively party scene on weekends, but keep in mind that Jan Thiel is a highly developed beach that can be a bit loud/crowded at times, so depending on your interests that could be a positive or a negative (it’s not a postcard-perfect natural beach setting like you see on other parts of the island). We really appreciated the hotel’s emphasis on sustainability, and we thought the food at the restaurant was fabulous. It also seemed like a great choice for families, with a kids menu and one of the pools designated as a family pool. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a great choice if you are looking for a unique, stylish, and eco-conscious hotel on the east side of the island.

The staff was amazing! Lisa and danish were excellent!! 10/10 in service. Everything was a dream!!!! The pool, bathrooms, the great coffee, the have showers for guest, we checkout at 11 am but we had a late flight so we stay at the beach club and enjoy the rest of the day and they keep our luggage in a store and the have showers and restrooms for those cases.

    All meals at the main restaurant were exceptional for a buffet. We enjoyed the seafood and sushi restaurants, but the BBQ was not impressive. The selection of polls was great and the water slides were a lot of fun. The setting for the resort was good and maintenance of the grounds was well done. Staff were very friendly as you would hope at an all inclusive resort.

    The hotel is in a top level. All foods and drinks were made with high quality and the place give to you a higher experience of a top all inclusive hotel. The beach is located in other resort (Dreams). If you stay at Zoetry you will have free access to Dreams (5 minutes walking or you can get a ride in a golf car). The beach is small and the food/drink services of Dreams is not at same level of Zoetry, so it is a waste of time going there. I strongly recommend to stay in Zoetry, one of best hotel I have been.
