The stuff and service were exceptional! I've been at so many hotels and I've never seen anything like that! from the gentleman at the door to the hotel director everyone was extremely nice and helpful! We found everything we needed and more ! Food was unbeatable with a large variety from authentic egyptian cuisine to healthy options

We loved our stay, and I want to commend the reception staff for their exceptional support and hospitality. The complimentary upgrade to a family room was a delightful surprise. I liked the availability of free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises and the well-maintained pools and beach. The hotel was amazing. I got an upgrade to a room with both the scenery of the swimming pool and the beach. The staff were pretty nice, caring and helpful. Activities in the hotel were quite versatile and entertaining. Also, the beach has all the beautiful aqua life that does not wanna make you explore anything outside the hotel.
