Everything is great. We enjoyed everything at the hotel, the food is delicious and the staff is very nice. We had a double room with a private pool, we really liked it. We planned to stay for one night, but after we tried the hotel, we booked one more night

I liked the facilities, the staff is so friendly and every evening there is a new event organized! Thanks to his location, it is so peaceful and definitely perfect!

We only stayed one night and had to leave early to the airport. My impression though was very positive. The unit was very large and nice, very comfortable. They have their private beach and good restaurant

My stay at the Agapi Hotel was fantastic. We stayed in the main building with a stunning view of the sunrises. Our premium room was recently renovated and felt fresh. Room had a very comfortable bed and pillows. The beach was just a couple of minutes walk away. The food at the hotel's Greek tavern was excellent. The lobster dinner (for an extra charge) was definitely worth it! My biggest regret is that we only went to the spa the day before we left. The service at Agea Spa was incredible, and the massages were priced fairly. The hotel's airport transfer service, which we booked at the reception, was also very convenient and comfortable.

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.

We had an incredible stay at Seaside Lifestyle Hotel in Crete! The staff truly stood out—super friendly, genuine, and always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. They take the time to get real-time feedback and ensure everything is just right. The hotel itself is magnificent—stunning views, a beautiful atmosphere, and amazing food at all the restaurants. No matter where you’re from, the food makes you feel at home, with a variety of options that change daily. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade as one of the first guests of the season. A special shoutout to Glykera (Sweetie) and Kiki—their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. I love seeing women in management because they truly care and ensure every little detail is perfect! Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable—we will definitely be coming back!

The property was very well run - I wasn’t aware the amount of Germans that would be staying! If I couldn’t get my needs across in English I switched to German. The food was great, the drinks were well made, plenty to do for the kids and adults.

Great location, staff and meals. Spa service was excellent. If you want to experience Crete away from the beach, this is the place.

My partner and I stayed at Peninsula Resort & Spa for three nights to celebrate our 5-year anniversary — also his first trip abroad — and it truly exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and, after a short wait, were welcomed with an early check-in and a beautiful surprise: an upgrade to a private pool room decorated with rose petals. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special. The hotel is large and beautifully designed, with stunning views from almost every corner. It was very clean in all areas — rooms, shared spaces, and restaurants — and we found the maps and signage really helpful to navigate the grounds. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we couldn’t enjoy the private pool, but sitting on our porch and admiring the breathtaking view more than made up for it. The food was a highlight — a large variety of Greek and international dishes, always fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. I never missed a meal! The open bars had a wide selection of drinks and cocktails, which we enjoyed, even if nothing particularly stood out. We also visited the spa, and my partner loved his massage. Sadly, it was fully booked afterward (probably due to the rainy weather), so we couldn’t enjoy more treatments. The laundry service was a bit pricey but very professional and helpful. We used the hotel shuttle to Heraklion one day for a shopping trip — just €4 each way, about an hour ride with lovely views. The beaches at the resort were gorgeous, even under cloudy skies. While we didn’t take part in hotel activities, we appreciated the range of options available. We think the resort is a great fit for all types of travelers — couples, families, and groups. As a couple, we especially enjoyed the romantic atmosphere. Check-out was simple, and getting to the airport from Heraklion was easy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
