An oasis in the middle of the crowded area! Beautiful garden with pools and good breakfast also. Rooms are big and very clean. Also, it is very quiet in the resort, even if you are surrounded by the tumultuous streets. 50 m from the beach and shops , restaurants, bars , minimarkets. Very, very nice!

The room we booked was excellent, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was more than adequate with a big variety. The pool looked great but unfortunately, even though we visited during the dry season we had unexpected rain and did not use the pool facilities.

Multiple stays here. Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice welcoming drink and snack on arrival. Very comfortable and clean room with a/c and ceiling fan. Good water pressure in shower. Restaurant serves quality food of local and western origins. Very happy to stay here when I visit.

Loved loved the facilities for the kids. They take such great care of the kids that you can relax. Movie night, lunches and so many other actitivies for the kids, its awesome We stayed for 3 nights, but we wish we could've stayed longer. It went by too fast. Massages can be done there by the pool at a resonable price. All the waiters and waitresses were extremely friendly and always here to serve us. From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff are exceptional. So many I'd like to name, they all worked at the H20 and the staff also from 5 senses were great! Breakfast could improve a little, but other than that, the food and beverages are at a great price and can't beat the happy hours from 12 to 1 pm and 5 to 6 pm. Will we be back? Absolutely 💯 Rapone family room 802
