The layout of the hotel is great because it's a large accommodation but it doesn't feel crowded. The two pools are beautiful and never packed. There are many good options at breakfast and the staff is always there to assist you. The private tours they provide are great and very flexible to your needs.

Such a fun location. Across the street from a great.beach and nice resorts. But this one is in a tiny village where all the people are so nice. There are animals everywhere. Many cows, goats, chickens. Little children all over. It's a.really happy place. Very sweet staff,.good food, nice pool and private cottages with good decor. The jungle backdrop is just beautiful.

This is a little paradise. You wouldn’t want to share the address to make sure you keep it for yourself 😋. First of all, the staff was literally amazing. Everyone will do everything they could to make your stay memorable. The place is gorgeous, and we are keeping wonderful memories from Seven Secrets. All the family enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast and tea time that were delicious. We’ve tested the spa and it was one of the best massage I had in my 5 weeks trip in Indonesia 😁. The room was cleaned twice a day. The beds are comfortable and the amenities were as described. Thanks for all the little touches and details. We’re looking forward coming back.

I had a fantastic stay in the Sudamala Resort and ended up extending my stay twice. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, taking time to provide the best service as possible. I haven’t experienced such hospitality in any other resort around the world. The resort itself is cozy and beautifully maintained, the location is perfect. The room itself had a fantastic ambiance and view. I enjoyed all the food that was freshly cooked in the hotel restaurant, the grill events were amazing. The personnel was also able to customize my day tours according to my wishes. The spa treatments were also lovely. I would definitely stay again- thank you so much to all the personnel for making my stay so memorable.

We are still glowing from our week-long stay at the Chandi. We loved everything about this boutique hotel. The villas are pretty and very comfortable. The outside bathroom was amazing (and still very private). From our front porch we could enjoy an amazing view of the ocean while soaking up the lush greenery of the gorgeous garden. The pool was refreshing and there were always sunbeds available. These were so comfortable! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the restaurant (with a fabulous view). A check off breakfast menu was provided, and if you wanted more the staff was only too happy to bring it. The fresh juices and fruits were simply amazing. We also enjoyed several dinners in the restaurant. The prices were fair and the food very tasty. We especially enjoyed the barbecue evenings. The spa was also a treat. The massages were affordable and really wonderful. We also booked several outings through the hotel. All of them were wonderful from snorkeling in the secret Gillis to hiking to Tiu Kelep. The beach at the hotel is not one of the legendary white beaches with crystal clear blue water. But we knew this ahead of time. The ocean was still good for swimming (with beach shoes). The hotel is centrally located for many excursions and beautiful beaches are close by. The peacefulness and beauty of the hotel itself made up for the beach. Thank you to all the staff at the Chandi who made.our week so wonderful! We hope to return very soon!

5 star hospitality from Nova who showed my husband and I around and so enlightening. we stayed 5 days. I absolutely adored the staff at Quali and Qerang. special compliments to Ayu, Has, Hery, Ahmadin and Irwa. we took a group photos with them before we left. We basically just chilled in the hotels and swam. Food price is reasonable for the portion. They have seafood buffet by the beach on weekend.

    Just like others have mentioned the staff are very attentive .From the gardening crew , housekeeping that were excellent, pool cleaning and restaurant staff were always cheerful and friendly. I would like to thank Ken for always being friendly and welcoming without being overly intrusive. We had 9 nine nights at this resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.can’t recommend this place enough for a great getaway with a little bit of luxury as well.

    Outstanding service and food. So flexible with food for our baby as well. I have never been to a tropical resort with such amazing food. Selection was fantastic and the mix between western and asian food just the best. The views every day are brilliant, sunrise and sunset. Very convenient layout of hotel especially with smaller kids.

    The resort is a sprawling beachfront estate. It has an old world charm and luxury about it. High ceilings, natural wood and stone everywhere. Beautiful from the outside. Quiet and peaceful environment. Front desk and restaurant staff are professional, friendly and confident in their work.
