She was my main point of contact for organising my entire proposal and ensured everything was absolutely perfect. Even when we faced challenges in communicating our needs to the staff due to a language barrier, Karin stepped in effortlessly and made sure everything was taken care of. We were travelling with kids and sensitive toddler, so decent kitchen appliances are something that is really nice to have. The property have stove and big fridge which we are grateful for, and comfy sofa, spacious space, lastly the Tropik team was super helpful during our stay.
