Our stay at Tugu was outstanding. The hotel has a very charming look and combines luxury with tradition super well. The service / staff could read your wishes without asking :D, they have been super helpful with all our wishes and they exceeded any expectations we had. The food was amazing, best food we had in Lombok - especially the traditional curries. The breakfast menu is better than buffet. The pools are super nice, and the bigger pool is great for swimming. The beach is large and there is enough room and space for everyone, you feel like you are alone. The hotel has a great reef for snorkeling, better than most diving sites, if you like corals and fishes. We booked some activities and they were all great, we had a nice driver who went the extra mile for our requests (Adri). The Spa is also highly recommended, the massages were amazing, so good that we almost went every day :D. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel, best hotel stay of my life so far and I have been in many places.

The Ocean View Villa (107) flawlessly perfect designed and very comfortable. Huge bathroom and from the terrace perfect view to palm trees and the sea. Service level is very high and extremely friendly. The food selection is great and all tasted deliciously well and fresh. We loved the BBQ night at the beach and the concept of preparing your grill selection instead of buffet. The General Manager was visible and around, keen to know the slightest irregularity. They made extra effort for my wife’s birthday with Happy Birthday banners, balloons and a little gift (THANK YOU!!!!). The Oberoi massage package was simply outstanding and it’s recommended wholeheartedly. We truly enjoyed every day of our stay to the maximum. Also entertainment with life music of high quality was great and the personalized dinner table/waiters calling you buy name gave it a special personal touch.

Located just 10 minutes from the harbour, tucked in a quiet bay we had an amazing experience in this resort. The villa was spacious and tastefully decorated plus the private pool added a nice touch.The main pool overlooking the beach made for some great swimming and the restaurant onsite was very good and reasonably priced with great variety. The staff were the highlight of our stay and made the experience even better. If you want peace and harmony, you are at the right place.

In the bad weather, most of the island are out of power. Pinkcoco kept everything running. They must have some backup generators. Good food and reasonable prices as well. Will definitely come again!

My adult daughter and I had a wonderful experience on Gili Air and I contribute that to the extraordinarily personal and warm attention we received from Marcel, Elise and the rest of the staff at Sunny Rose! It made our stay very special! The welcoming and delightful dining area was lovely , especially eating on the comfort of bean bag chairs! The food , facilities and pool were fantastic! I highly recommend staying here!

What was not to love. The staff were nothing short of amazing, the food was so fresh and excellent, the yoga, the location, and the cute cabin! Sooo amazing. I had an absolutely wonderful 4 days here and will definitely stay here again! It was such a beautiful vibe, especially for a solo traveller as I met many other beautiful people during my stay who were eating in the cafe or at yoga. They did warn me in advance about the mosque being close by, but I personally didn’t find it to be an issue at all.

Fantastic accommodation! Everything is brand new, well maintained and, perfectly furnished. The owners are incredibly welcoming and make you feel at home right away. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed with great diving opportunities available. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

We loved our time in Gili Air and this wonderful new property is much of the reason why. We felt like we had our own piece of paradise. The room itself was comfortable (bed, bedding, nice big bathroom, hot shower, loved having a fridge) but the outside was the star of the show. Sitting on the front porch was so peaceful, the view spectacular. You have your own lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach in front, just a few feet from the water's edge. During high tide, you can walk right out to some great snorkeling. The restaurant next door will bring food and drinks to your beach chairs. You can rent snorkeling gear next door, and paddle board rentals are a short walk away. Of course the whole island is walk-able, but there are some really good restaurants nearby. A mini-mart isn't too far either. We appreciated this proximity without being too close to the busyness near the ferry terminal. The owner and staff were kind, responsive, and helpful. They left us a few treats throughout our stay.

    Probably the best resort we've ever stayed on. All the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. Always willing to make that extra effort. The food was consistently good, and there were plenty of free activities too.

    Amazing staff who went out of their way to help us! The resort was so peaceful and tranquil and felt like we had it all to ourselves. It's right on the beach with a lovely pool too. Restaurant was nice and a very good price, and the included breakfast had loads of choice and lots of food! We highly recommend.
