Staff was incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful. Specially NokPoh at the pool bar, who was very attentive. The food is amazing, their kingfish was extremely fresh and I really enjoyed the pool and the bar.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, the showers were amazing, and the property had direct beach access with many sun beds set up. They also had live music at the restaurant on the weekend which was really nice. Mayur and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and communicative.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alila Diwa, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. The serene ambiance, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail throughout the property truly made my stay unforgettable. However, the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by the team, with a special mention to Aditi, whose dedication to ensuring every guest's comfort was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, Aditi went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was attentive, courteous, and genuinely cared about making my stay special. Her warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for my visit, and she consistently followed up to ensure that all my needs were met. I would also like to commend Saumil, Yash, Sumeet, and Breanna, who each contributed to my exceptional experience in their own way. Saumil and Yash were always nearby to assist with any requests I had, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Sumeet's meticulous attention to detail added an extra layer of comfort to my stay, and Breanna’s warm hospitality and genuine smile made each interaction delightful. Surrounded by nature, in a perfect location. While you relax by the pool you can definitely enjoy watching the nature. The beach is a lovely 10 mins walk or they supply a shuttle to the beach which runs until 7pm. Each restaurant we had tried was outstanding, while also the service was incredible as well. The massage's was incredible as well, just wish we had booked more of them. To ensure you have them secured be sure to contact the hotel in advance as they do get booked up. The rooms are amazing, I booked the loft room and so glad I did. Loved waking up to such a room and a spacious balcony where you can relax.

    The Breakfast buffet was really good,with the staff helping out with all the dishes. The beach front in front of the resort offers you a lot of privacy and felt very safe. All the staff including the room sevice and the drivers who picked us from the parking to the resort were very supportive.I would recommend this to families, professional who are stressed out and want a few days off with a lot of peace and privacy .

    Overall it was a Good experience in Beleza. We were looking for a less crowded beach and it met our expectation. The resort is next to Betalbatim beach. One can easily walk to Colva, Benaulim Beach at one side and Utorda at another. Pros: Swimming pool Direct Access to beach Kids Play area

    The resort as such is beautiful and green. Even if it is closer to the main Colva beach point. It's placed to be calm and relaxing. Definitely try out the Spa.

    Lovely rooms a very neat and clean resort. This place has perfect vibe for beach resort in Goa. Their beach section & Nazara restaurant is awesome.Food is very good along with sumptuous breakfast spread. Total value for money compared to other resorts in Goa. Special thanks to house keeping head Arvind he is very courteous and takes great care of each and every guest. Kudos to arvind to make our stay memorable with great comfort.
