Until our check out, we were assigned Mr. Ravi as our helper for addressing any query. He was very gentle, dedicated and pleasant to talk to. He helped us settle down, served us timely meals and snacks. For anything to everything, he was assisting us. He also arranged a special dish on request that was to be purchased from the city. Overall, we were very happy with his service and honesty. Then there was a lady, named Mrs Kayro, who was in charge of the room cleaning. She mopped the room with detol to ensure our baby can safely crawl on the wooden floor. She was very loving to our baby and interacted with a lot of love whenever we met. Even the chef here was too kind to prepare our dishes the way we wanted to, and our baby had amazing khichdi that he didn't even waste a bit. Lastly, we met the owner, Mr. Kanwar Pal Singh. Mr. Singh helped us plan our trip and suggested the best road path keeping our Baby in mind. He's a young, dynamic entrepreneur who's equally kind to his staff. He arranges free stay and food for the drivers to help them beat the cold weather. If you are planning to travel to a calm, quiet, not so commercialised place, you can definitely count on this property. Advance booking can help you get a better deal. To summarise - 1.
