This was one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in!! Absolutely everything was exceptional - from the stunning location on the lake, the gorgeous Palace suite, the wonderful meals in the restaurant to the outstanding staff!! The warmth, professionalism and ability to anticipate all our needs was extraordinary. We came to celebrate my birthday and all the staff already knew this was a special occasion for me and they all went the extra mile - starting from Mr Kunal at the jetty who set the stage and continued with his amazing hospitality to the boatman, the doorman, the rose petal shower (so fun!) to the birthday cake, Ms Rashmi and her colleagues at check in, the cleaning and gardening staff to all the servers in the wonderful restaurant- they made it a very special weekend!! I was so blown away and touched by the genuine hospitality. Thank you all so much!!

I booked for my parents' 25th anniversary. The staff kept great care of them. The service and facilities are wonderful. The views are great. The staff was also very prompt and responsive I had a lot of small requests but they addressed everything patiently and replied timely. They also helped with providing my parents with cab drivers who showed my parents around the city. My parents were very happy when they got back. Definitely recommended for a great relaxing, beautiful, vacation!

This exceptional lakeside boutique hotel in the old city of Udaipur is indeed an experience not to be missed. The hotel and the rooms are design and decorated meticulously, with curated elements of Rajasthani culture blending seamlessly with modern conveniences one would expect from any modern hotel. The corner room I stayed had a fantastic view of the lake. The room is spacious and had good natural light. The restaurant at this hotel is situated right by the water - giving you a unique dining experience. I loved having tea and snack there in the afternoon. And finally, the center piece element of the hotel is two 300 year old trees that grew together in an embrace that has spanned centuries.
