BrazilOn the day I left at 5 a.m., the reception was closed. I was desperate because my husband's passport had been left at the reception desk. As soon as the receptionist arrived, she reached out to me and offered to send it. When the passport arrived, I was so relieved and happy. I am deeply grateful for all the care and effort she put into helping us.
