Quiet retreat from everything. Grounds were lush and green. View from our balcony was spectacular as we faced the water and Mount Vesuvius. The room was large and bed was comfortable. The Staff were very attentive and wanted to make sure our stay was top notch. The breakfast menu is a la carte with many options and everything we ate was delicious. The courtesy car to take to Sorrento was a bonus and so appreciated!

Our stay was amazing. We arrived very late in the evening and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating. My family had a few rooms and each one had beautiful views, and was meticulously cleaned each day. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious (highly recommend the fresh squeezed orange juice)! Our other meals at the hotel were also fantastic (best chicken club sandwich I have ever had). The hotel was perfectly situated (10 minute shuttle into Vico Equense, or a 20 minute train ride into Sorrento). That said, you may not want to leave! We loved relaxing by the pool and eating our meals outdoors. The staff at La Tuja were incredible. Friendly, helpful, and attentive. They always took the extra step to make sure we had a perfect experience, even going as far to set up the most beautiful pizza night on our room's private balcony. Could not recommend more!

Beautiful property set in stunning surroundings. We all loved every minute being in the hills. Pool is perfect, table tennis, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Memorable place to stay.

our stay at this hotel was exceptionally enjoyable. the hotel grounds are enchantingly beautiful, day and night, and offer views of the Vesuvius - great quiet alternative to staying in downtown Naples (hotel offer a free shuttle service several times a day to a train station that links to Naples Central Station). The staff including Alessandro and Theresa, and the restaurant staff, are very warm and friendly. They helped us navigate the train /taxi trip from Rome to the hotel by following up by phone while we were in transit. during our stay the staff helped us make excellent choices for sightseeing. Giuseppe who handled the shuttle to and from the Ercolano metro station was extra helpful. There is a fuel station a few hundred meters from the hotel (take a left on to to the main road and it is on the right) which has a great pizza place and a shop which has pastries. Before the fuel station there is a slightly "hidden" (it is in the basement down a ramp) CONAD supermarket which is well stocked and very reasonably priced. Great place to relax.

The hotel is set on a cliff, overlooking the sea. Our room was decadent, with a large balcony, outdoor seating areas, pool, dining area, lovely decor, a beautiful bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff made a dinner & transportation reservations for us and a shuttle was provided to & from the restaurant. All of the staff were polite, professional and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to stay here again!
