Honestly, everything was wonderful except for one issue. When I arrived at the hotel, I was supposed to check in at 3:00 PM, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do so until around 5:00 PM. This delay was quite frustrating, as I believe check-in should happen exactly at the scheduled time. That being said, I truly loved the staff — they were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and always welcomed us with a smile. The food was also excellent, the atmosphere was great, and overall, everything else was absolutely wonderful.

I loved everything about RIU, the food was excellent, it’s clean and OMG the entertainment team was the bomb jiggly.com lol. They were funny, social but respectful. The harmony between them was so noticeable. I loved it Super fun place to vacation.

However over all this was my first experience at sandals and it was a wonderful one at that. the property was amazing. the staff was always warm and helpful. i would like to mention some persons who made my stay extra special. Andrew the piano player Kemoy My taxi driver who picked us up from the airport. I will be back at another sandals in the near future.

    The environment was clean, and the view was breathtaking. Great staff 👍 The place is very relaxing and comfortable. Great value for your money. I like the fact that even though it's not all inclusive, there was a chef who offered his breakfast service, which was top tier.

    The check in and the wrist bands that opened the rooms was a great feature. The bougalerie cafe (24hrs) was great and the chocolates were great. Need to maybe have gelato also with the ice cream. The bed was very comfortable. The beach was nice and calm sea and soft sand. Location was nice to walk to downtown Ocho Rios. The sign for the resort should be alittle bigger and more closer to the road.

    The scenery was amazing. The butler service was fantastic. If you are looking for an all inclusive vacation on the beach with various water activities as well as attentive butler service, then this is the place. Being able to shuttle over to the other Sandals resort which had many other restaurants to choose from which was 2 minutes away was great. The food was also very good for an all inclusive resort.
